Upcoming Training
Our next training date is November 4th. It’s the last training before Christmas on the Reservation. The day before and the day after the training are still available for Head-to-Heads. These may be especially attractive to people who have been locked down for the last 3 years. In case you haven’t noticed, TNR is all about transformation, not just acting good and acting positive: actually being good. Will you get by, or will you get what you need? TNR is a community of like-minded people who insist on being humanitarian, have out-of-this-world clinical results, and enjoy 3,5,10x the income of others who want to be the center of the universe through entitlement, the world owes me, or some other form of social outrage. Let your true self (not the false self that people think is the real thing) shine with all the ability, joy, love, and prosperity that comes with it. Training takes you from where you are to where you want to be.

Another Skating Rink!
As we enter our 20th year of Love Has No Color, it should get easier and more routine or automatic. Been there, done that. You know, shopped at the trading post, stayed at the Sherman, got the tee shirt, and played with the kids? WRONG! Kenny called me a few days ago and ran this idea past me: Would you guys consider building another skating rink in Wolf Point? Where did this come from? A group of students wanted it, and they spoke to Kenny. The tribal council has fiscal constraints (what’s new), so he spoke to me about it. It is now in motion. I had a nightmare later that day thinking about the expense, the plans, the builders, and all the parts necessary to pull off another miracle. I don’t think we are building it in the winter, but we must begin building our war chest with fundraising efforts now. We need all hands on deck and desperately need hooking a few tunas. I will share more information as it comes in. Meanwhile, start looking for people of affluence who would love to be of assistance. Big assistance!
From the Mind of Miyagi

I just completed some high-level training with some advanced TNR members who have lots and lots of training. They had seen me a few weeks ago at the last training and asked, “WHERE DID THIS NEW MATERIAL COME FROM? It’s brand new, refreshing, creates anger and agitation in me and then some; a new angle to look at common interferences to the warrior’s path. I never knew this about myself.” The simple answer is all members get a fingerprint at each training and special training (Head-to-Heads, Miracle Training, etc.) of what is interfering with or blocking success in their lives. You can’t show a black belt move to a white belt. White belts commonly say, “Dr. Kevin, just tell me what to do, and I’ll do it.” Oh, no, you won’t. Tell a smoker to stop smoking or an addict just to stop drinking or doing drugs. There is a sequence to learning and mastery. The sequence must be observed. Yes, you must do things, but the true limiter is the internal resistance when doing things that create mastery.
This is an abridged paraphrase of a person long since gone that perhaps two readers will recognize. When speaking of success to anybody, “the higher a person attempts to climb, the heavier the burden of the rope.” The rope loosely symbolizes the world of ordinary, parents, spouses, common sense approaches to business, practice, making money, etc. I get asked this question often: to be successful, must I lose my friends? The answer is that your friends must be left behind if they are unambitious, delusional, or toxic. You can’t just plant flowers to have a successful garden; you must also pull weeds. You must sever ties to all the ordinary ideas, behaviors, and operating practices of the masses and the majority. You must claim success without the rope weighing you down. You cannot enjoy the benefits of not smoking while still smoking.
Attempting to grasp ungraspable or too advanced concepts leads to getting the bends of your mind. Like deep sea diving, you went down too far and came up too quickly. Nitrogen poisoning or the bends are the consequence. The consequence spoken here is you will create a war against yourself. You will become bored, uninterested, unable to study, read, or train, and mistakenly think you’ve arrived. Good gets in the way of being great. When beginners fall into this trap, they will lose purpose and meaning in their lives, and instead of training, they take on the role of the searcher. Seek, but do not find. The internet surfer, the guru shopper with 136,000 followers, is looking for cheap, easy ways of producing superior results. This is a way of not committing fully to whatever task is in front of you (life) and instead being distracted by following others, drama surfing on the web, listening to drama from friends, and following celebrities.
You will hear my correcting attempts when I say, DON'T DO IT! I already know you’re going to do it; however, if in the chance you experience the consequences in truth, you will now gain more resolve in your journey to mastery. Once your nerve system/consciousness hooks up and knows you are sabotaging yourself and you experience this yourself, you will now be aware of more of the sabotaging efforts that were previously invisible to you. When you know this to be true, you will instead utter things like, “I know what I have to do,” “I’ve got this; just because I’m afraid doesn’t mean I won’t do it,” etc. These people have done the difficult like weeding gardens, removing toxic tattoos, cashing in retirement savings, having difficult dialogues that had previously been avoided, standing before people in truth, enduring rejection, looking honestly at themselves instead of blaming others, training, and working to create success in their lives, regardless of their upbringings, mishaps, etc. It’s called transformation.
It comes down to this: when you get shown what’s underneath the tip of the iceberg, will you have the courage to look at your life objectively? Or will you grasp harder to what you are holding onto that is creating a shi&*y life and resist more strongly to what will change your life? Think about a practice member who re-enters your office after a period, and you ask them how long has it been since their last visit. They will say, “Oh, a few months, I think.” You check your computer, and it says three years. The practice member has identified themselves as being a pain-based person. Do not fight against this. There is nothing right or wrong with that; work with what you have; don’t go against the tide. Don’t waste your time or effort preaching to closed-minded people. Surround yourself with people who want health, longevity, and vitality, and stop feeling sorry for people who insist on being sick.
DCME Confidential

Question 1: After being with me for only 30 days, my DCME client has informed me they have to attend a gender orientation class and it goes on from M-F all day. They want me to triple up on my hours and do our work on the weekends. Something sounds unfair about this; I feel I’m being held hostage. What should I do?
Answer: Schedule a Head-to-Head with my wife ASAP. When she asks what type of Head-to-Head you desire, say the code word, “the lion in the Wizard of Oz.” External factors have nothing to do with DCME. Nothing gets in the way of training. The more things you allow, the more the DCME will fade deeper and deeper into the lateral recesses of your mind.
Question 2: I currently care for a 17-year-old DCME with terrible parents. They do this and that, they don’t love him, etc. I’ve spoken to them repeatedly about this; they only get angry and throw in my face that results are not being made. Some weeks I spend more time on Zoom meetings with the parents separately and writing detailed analytical reports (up to 15 hours per week).
Answer: See the above answer. Schedule a Head-to-Head ASAP and use the codeword, “grow a pair”; then bitch slap yourself, and throw a glass of cold water on your face. Where do you think the problem originated from? You have the opportunity to work with only the kid. Stop hiding behind excuses and stand up for yourself and represent Chiropractic. Stop being a therapist or life coach, and do your best. A kid’s past cannot solely determine his adult life. Where is the kid’s responsibility? Do you know how often I have had Miracle Training clients with despicable parents? They are not my job, and it doesn’t help. My job is with the kid, young adult, or adult, not the parent, foster parent, etc. Produce results in all circumstances. Next, you’ll collaborate with all the failed doctors and therapists.
