There’s a lot of noise out there about how to help DCs become ultra-successful. This includes taking advantage of insurance companies with creative coding, becoming a salesman for everything from teeth whitening, weight loss programs or anything else that boosts a DCs sagging Chiropractic income, and enduring the agony of being a face-in-the-crowd, adult pain relief only doctor. Is there a way of being ultra-successful without depending on all of the endless arrays of multiple streams of income and their bloated overhead?
My name is Dr. Kevin Pallis, owner and head coach of The New Renaissance. I help DCs go from where they are to where they want to be. It’s that simple. TNR is all about rediscovering that passion, the excitement, and yes, the income you deserve! It’s not about where you are currently in practice or how you practice; it’s about where you’re going. We attract humanitarian DCs who love helping people and we train you to accomplish out of this world clinical results while making an income that is 3, 5,10x that of average DCs.
Everything is focused on you and your success. Hands on and intentionally small, you finally have someone in your corner, whenever you need me. Our DCs have HUGE practices, attend closed door training events, and have proprietary tools and concepts nobody else can use. This spells a permanent economic advantage inside or outside of insurance.
This coaching is for DCs who are ready to step up and change their practice and life.
DCs who are winging it, satisfied with just paying bills, or think Chiropractic is just a way to make a living are not good candidates for The New Renaissance’s program. We attract DCs who know they are undervalued and their practice reflects this. Too many DCs fall prey to substitutes for real and experiential one-on-one coaching. Online and cookie cutter programs will not give you the individualized attention and effort that you need to become ultra-successful. If you think online Karate lessons will hold up in the real world, you've got another thing coming!
My members call me Miyagi, you know from the Karate Kid, because my coaching methods are similar to Mr. Miyagi's. I’ll be in your corner and will guide you to your true inner potential. TNR makes it fun but it will be challenging because I stand up to your excuses and procrastination. I will hold you accountable and demand your best effort. I will listen to you, maybe better than anyone in your life has before, and will ask you if you want to focus on the problem or the solution?
Not only will your economics change, your spouse and practice members will notice a difference in you!
The most invisible, limiting, and practice robbing factors is a lost purpose and meaning. It not only affects your practice, it infects all areas of your life. It’s so easy to let purpose and honor slide in these overscheduled, social media drone times that emphasize money regardless of how it’s earned. It’s hard to maintain your honor when everything and everyone is demanding your attention and time. It’s easy to feel let down, like you have to go along with all the negatives of the world. You start keeping your mouth shut about Chiropractic and your tail goes down between your legs to be accepted by your patients, insurance companies, and society at large.
Many in TNR start with a different attitude and then adopt our code of honor. It is not the intent of TNR to convince or prove to you how to practice a certain way; rather, it’s a vehicle if you want to commit to becoming a once-in-a-lifetime DC.
Ask yourself this question: when the pressure is on and when nobody is looking, do you stay the course or do you cave?
This is what a very happy TNR DC wrote:
“Since joining The New Renaissance almost a year ago, many exciting things have occurred in my practice and personal life.
First of all, I was REMINDED why I became a Chiropractor. It’s easy to lose your purpose when you don’t have a coach or a group of like minded people to help keep you on track.
I REDIFINED my purpose in life. Before joining it seemed I was just floundering through life. The New Renaissance guided me to get focused on the big picture in life, which for me and our group is Healthier People = Healthier Planet.
My spirit has been REINVIGORATED. When you don’t have a constant input of new ideas to keep you excited about life and Chiropractic it is easy to lose your spark or spirit. Now I have been reinvigorated and so have my patients and family because it is contagious.
It has been great to RECONNECT with other like minded Chiropractors. It has been fun to be around all of these positive people. By being around them you can’t help but become a better Chiropractor and a better person.
Lastly I have REESTABLISHED my mission statement which is to bring quality Chiropractic care to the masses. This is something that I have always worked at, however I lost sight of it for awhile by just going through the motions.
One more thing, my practice has almost doubled since joining, which is just the icing on top of the cake because really the best part is I’m more excited and joyful about my practice and life.
Thank you Dr. Kevin and the whole New Renaissance family; you are all quality people that are helping to make the world a better place.”
When you adopt this code of honor in your office, it becomes possible to upgrade your current practice to include seeing kids, difficult cases, and wellness, inside or outside insurance.
We call it transformation. Your CPA will ask, "What have you been doing?"
We attract DCs with ambitions, who don’t feel they are average, who love helping people, and who are willing to invest in themselves. They don’t let patients push them around and tell them ‘how it’s going to be.’ Those days are gone forever. If you are not willing to invest in your own success, how can you ask others to invest in you?
You alone are responsible for your success.
