DCME Training Is On January 20th
The ordinary world invisibly exerts tremendous pressure on every one of us. We need to have tools and a mindset we can use to insulate us from the effects of neutering our interconnectedness and ambition, to truly bring health to an uninterested society. It’s called training, plain and simple. There is no substitute or imitation. There are so many enemies of Navy Seal Training, including well-meaning but clueless spouses, friends, colleagues, regulatory boards, societal consensus, in-laws, etc. Why bother, you already have a degree, you know your stuff, and do just enough to get by seems to be the council the world of ordinary offers. Your needs to excel and to stand above the wailings and gnashing of low-resonating people are completely ignored because you have a role to play in society. A small role, but a much-needed role as a marginal, provisional member of relieving cricks and sprains, my back, my back.
I, like you, had a journey to travel and it wasn’t and isn’t an easy one. Only through experiencing it in truth will it become a part of you, not by reading it in a book or listening to a podcast. With people I was entrusted to help, I didn’t have enough clinical chops to take the proverbial sword from the stone. The world of business says who cares, you know the 80/10/10 rule. It mattered to me and if you’re reading this it matters to you. It drove me to pursue out-of-the-box thinking and relentless reading above and beyond academic, rhetorical, and dogmatic approaches. Remember, electricity was thought to be God-like before it was understood. Also, remember it could have been discovered in the days of Moses.
There is a former, hyper-analytical doctor reading this right now with a smile on her face. She experienced (not believed) for herself the powers of this invisible dimension front and center. She called me with a serious crippling condition that didn’t allow her to do anything, including practicing. We have a long and deep relationship and she didn’t care what she had to do to relieve the crippling pain. She did what I asked her to do with zest and to her amazement, her condition disappeared in a couple of days.
Christmas on the Reservation
It’s finally here! There is a rumor that a ginger-haired giant is traveling from Massachusetts to Montana in his sleigh (a truck pulling a 6 x 12 U-Haul trailer), filled with hundreds of gifts for the kids. We have had sightings of him in Ohio and now west of Minneapolis. He will arrive on the Reservation soon. The excitement is building as you can hear the gratitude in Kenny’s voice. I want to thank every one of our past and present members for your efforts and heartfelt love. Love Has No Color is a treasure of interconnectedness, love, and selfless service. We arrive on the Reservation with so much anticipation and leave with a profound feeling of gratitude and a sense of doing something that matters and has meaning.
Dr. Lisa made this beautiful cake to honor a patient and for her Love Has No Color raffle. Below are pictures of the front and back of the cake, along with a photo of the winners of the cake. This is the description of the cake: This is the cake we made for our “Golden ticket” LOVE HAS NO COLOR raffle! The indigenous woman on it is wearing a ribbon skirt, protector of women and children. She is carrying a little medicine bag and wearing a white buffalo leather shirt. She has a feather adorning her windswept hair. This powerful woman braves the elements on her way home, symbolically the tipi. She faces a wall of fire and water in front and beside her, the wind, the cracked earth and she keeps dancing forward… she is being guided by a power greater than her own, one who sees from a higher perspective… the eagle. The birch tree forest on the cake is the symbol of renewal, new life, the sunrise of a new day which by moving into against all odds we get to receive!!!!

You don’t notice the crippling effect in adulthood of ‘not good enough’ parents directly. It’s subtle, invisible, and yet it throws a wet blanket over anything you attempt to accomplish: economics, principle, marriage, parenting, communication. As a result, you lack the success tools and the mindset of the warrior. You may have the same degree or same family and yet your siblings or colleagues and you are light years apart. How did you explain this difference pre-TNR? As with most untrained persons, you didn’t even notice it and you absorbed and laid claim to being unsuccessful as yours and you protect and defend it. You will never truly realize the effect of ‘not good enough’ parents on your current life.
As an example, as you know I write, create, and make concepts and ideas come to life that didn’t exist before. For 23 years and counting, I have encountered resistance from doctors, business owners, and healers who say they want to help more people and be successful, but these continue to elude them. There seem to be landmines that people step on so they don’t become successful. I know this sounds like madness, but it’s true. DON’T DO IT! and you can laugh at others about how silly they are acting, but when it comes to yourself, you can’t see it. Even if you could see it (think weight loss here) you will still resist change at all costs. Adaptation comes with a price: you must be brutally honest, have an open mind, and realize the solution comes from the unknown, not what is currently available to you.
Here is an example with no prejudice, my only intent is instructional. I have a concept for a non-doctor to start earning money instantly. I wrote a flyer for him and he resisted handing it out for weeks. In his hand, he was holding the solution and yet he wouldn’t hand it out to people. Instead, he sat inside gazing at his computer. Finally, something snapped inside of him. He put his mind to it and earned $30,000 in three months. This writing and concept was exactly what he wanted and yet, he wouldn’t do his part until he reached the dark night of the soul.
Another healer developed a once-in-a-lifetime concept (worth millions upon millions) yet she continues to sabotage herself by remaining in alliance with the toxic family influences she hails from. They are familiar and comfortable to her and yet are antithetical to her success. If only she realized what she has in her hands (the concept, the intellectual property, her spiritual journey) is what she has been searching for her whole life. Yet it’s still not enough to give up her old ways of not doing things. Or is it?
I have a Miracle Training graduate who also coaches and he wants to develop a business from scratch. He didn’t see the idea within the idea until I did a writing for him that changed everything. The idea differentiates him from all others in a saturated niche. The writing communicates who he is and what he stands for. This is what he wrote to me after seeing the writing: “Thank you. Your words brought me to tears and made me very emotional. To have someone in my corner who continuously believes in me and lifts me up is truly the greatest relationship anyone could ever ask for. I’m grateful to have you in my life.” I’m not worried about this young man as he will climb out of his feelings of inadequacy and serve notice that it’s possible to change regardless of your upbringing.

Members in the know understand that some of the most intimate problems are discussed in interrogations or inquisitions in the cool kids’ car on the Reservation. We always seem to be driving and members have me all to themselves in a semi-private scenario. Words of wisdom on the Reservation change the trajectory of one’s life. Some of the most important decisions of TNR member’s lives are discussed and hatched on the Reservation. There you are, something you’ve always suspected…it’s true.
