The Tao of TNR
This week’s TNR Happenings lacks length but not depth. I won’t say that The Tao of TNR is my favorite training subject; there are also no favorites with kids, right? This is the furthest away from the academic and standard way that most teachers and coaches present information, not wisdom. A dimension above and beyond the income earning relates to your ability to help people in serious peril. Please note: there is no sacrifice or choice between income and DCME/higher levels of care. Like in quantum physics, the particle is not at point A or B; it’s in both simultaneously. A way to discourage doctors and healers is to take away the soul and spirit of healing and to memorize charts, nerves, muscles, and bones only. It’s to be able to talk technical and hold information, data, and technology over people’s heads in the name of exclusivity. Once you do that, then what? What’s the next level? Did you experience it in truth for yourself, or did you listen to yet another person on the internet, in a blog, on a podcast, or from other forms of entertainment? Truth is often not entertaining, is ruthless, and usually not asked for or welcomed. Like the news on the media circus, it’s not news; it’s the programming that the powers that be want to infect you with. Memes, memes, memes. Can’t run a sub-par 4 minute mile, the earth is flat, you must get a good paying job, get married, and have kids, end of story. You’ve served society, good girl. It’s what they consider important for you. Like covid, they are simply agendas and brainwashing to control you better. As you know, TNR has no shallow end (ceiling of growth or wisdom). No matter where you are, there is more for you; however, it’s voluntary. You must have or want freedom in your life, or those around you will wear you down. Asking for permission to follow the path of your desires and needs is not being authentic, no matter how much you look the other way, protect, or defend it. Don’t let your life be lived in default mode. Your assassins are always closer to you than your enemies.
Here is a taste of the Tao. It may be too deep, too obtuse, too truthful, and exposes dirty little secrets that are in this world of ordinary, from covid to regulations, rules, oppression, expectations of society and family, dutifulness, obeying the gender, otherwise expectations of living a life of quiet desperation, regrets, resentments of the very people who you answered to and continue to do so, and giving your authority away to anyone or anything goes against the natural order of things.
“ The ignorant claim secret knowledge
Hoard it in a sealed chest
And suffocate.
Knowing his heart
To be his source of power
The healer shares it,
Unfolding the rose.
Outwardly, a healer does nothing.
Inwardly, a physician does nothing.
By withdrawing, the healer unifies;
Through intervention, the physician divides.
The less one does, the less there is to do
The more one does, the more one needs to do.
And original error multiplies.
The healer offers love and empowers the soul.
The physician offers concern and treats the body.
The orderly glares at the patient and enforces procedure.
This, when love is denied
Concern is dispensed
When concern is denied
Procedures must be followed to the letter
Procedures alone are a mouthful of chaff,
Impossible to swallow.
Prognosis comes next, attempts to dictate the Tao
And deny the miraculous.
What folly?
Therefore, the healer parts the shade and reveals the light,
Sees past the pain and into the heart.
Reaches through the chaff to cradle the blossom.”
I have guided over 1200 doctors and healers, and I can say from experience that TNR exposes the WHY you do what you do: economics, acceptance from others that you get from relieving cricks and sprains only, jumping on the bandwagon of somebody else’s concepts and models, technique, academia, etc. A thread of connection must stay alive while you are in TNR. Trainings, individual Head-to-Heads, Healing Head-to-Heads, and Miracle Training are that thread. When you feel the fire and the connection to serve people, there’s no question about what the next training event is or if you’re going. They are already blacked out in your schedule. If not, you must answer to someone, ask permission, or family, social events, and hobbies get in the way. Excuses, I mean reasons for not attending, are as varied as the excuses for not being successful or not helping a person you don’t already have a relationship with. “Polishing the spokes on my mother’s wheelchair” was the best reason for not attending my New Patient Orientation. It sounded analytical, and it was deemed socially acceptable. For almost a quarter of a century, birthdays were not celebrated on weekends of training in our household. We would celebrate during the week or the next weekend. It’s as simple as that or a complex as you want to make it. These journeys meant something. They stood for something above and beyond money, fame, etc. When I was away, it was not to get away from family life; it was a choice that I made and still make.
“Dr. Kevin,
Thank you. Everyone else gave up on me, you didn’t, and now I am doing the same for the world, embodying values I’ve experienced in truth.
Love and respect,"
