Tao of TNR

This training will pull back the veil of superficiality in your life and practice, so you can see what’s behind it. Many get stuck in practice and look for cures and BSOs to solve the financial issues, while swimming in the shallow pools of pain relief only. There is nothing wrong with pain relief; it’s a part of health, but it’s not the whole of health. Many people have discovered that doing the same thing for decades leads to stagnation and a loss of purpose and passion. If a doctor’s connection to helping others isn't strong enough, they will not do consistent, ongoing training. A dead giveaway is when things from family, events, seasons, and hobbies get in the way. The easiest way to keep growing is to keep training. It prepares you for all that life will throw your way. One Head-to-Head opportunity remains on Friday, as the Sunday spot has been scooped up. Summer is fading, and it's time to get back in the groove. See you there!

In the world of appearance (all things tangible), there is an emphasis on set ways or formulas to solve problems. Define the problem, use tried-and-true methods, and viola, the problem should leave. Right? Not exactly. War, crime, drugs, politics, welfare, and charity all subscribe to this formula and accepted course. They don’t produce results, just lots of activity. This is like a mother with an autistic kid who doesn’t have time to come to your office because of autistic activities. We don’t subscribe to this common theme and never have. Yes, we give gifts, food, and such, but it’s our presence, our light, and our promises kept that get the job done. We show the Indigenous population that there are exceptions to their perceptions of people outside the Reservation. We challenge the genocide and the disparity of health and education, and we represent a way of life that is possible, even on a Reservation. Billions of dollars have been spent on the ‘Indian Problem’, yet has there been any progress? The earth-is-flat idea was held for hundreds of years until a single person challenged this myth. You would think that knowing the health improvement indicators would start an avalanche of interest in other tribes. Horseless carriages, computers, and airplanes beg to differ. Change is slow in all areas of life. The history of consensus always repeats. Higher levels of consciousness don’t fight or resist prevailing beliefs and assumptions; they just show them the way. Light doesn’t fight against or go to war against darkness; the results speak for themselves.

Stop getting pushed around when it comes time to outline recommendations. You are the doctor; start acting like it. A person who has wittingly or unwittingly violated the principles of health needs your help, not your friendship. Of course, you are a type of friend, but giving an ignorant person your approval is not good for them or you. You know better! Lowering your recommendations and getting slapped around spills over to other parts of your life. You start to unconsciously welcome rejection in your life: your practice, CAs, marriage, friends, and kids. Stop it!

If you are female and taking on a male persona, you might fool yourself into thinking you are winning with brow-beating beta types. By being aggressive and angry, you lose your center, femininity, and healing source. In superficial cases, you may get away with it with desperate, pain-riddled people. With deeper (DCME) cases, you will suffer a lack of cooperation from the practice member. You will necessarily limit your cases to superficial, pain- and symptom-relief-only ones. If you are a male and morph into a weak, smiling, anything-goes, spineless wonder, you are acting like an ass clown. Your people are now running your enterprise, your gift, your purpose, and your life. Snap out of it!

If a person isn't willing to commit to a minimum of 3 months of care, find people who are. Settling or scraping the bottom of the barrel is unsustainable. Why do you continue to let people that are not in the know influence you? When your life is dedicated to principle, you stand for something. Represent, demonstrate, and do your best with every person you encounter. Agreeing with what can’t be done is for amateurs, not once-in-a-lifetime doctors/healers.

Miracle Training

Miracle Training With Dr. Kevin

Family and social dynamics are contexts that can’t be overlooked nor overemphasized. When a health disaster hits, it sets in motion the family and social dynamics that accompany the individual. Like a cloud surrounding the person, the event merely triggers what is there before the catastrophe. The event is not the determining factor; the family and social dynamics are. Who does the person answer to? It is extremely rare for a person to make decisions free and clear of the chirping of people close to them who know absolutely nothing about the solution. The miracles I have witnessed were made by executive order; the chirping was ignored, and the person was open to the opportunity to save their life.

On Sunday, I was writing a piece on Miracle Training, and just one minute after I finished, I got a text on my phone outlining a member speaking to someone who is submerged in this very topic. Synchronicity at its finest! The person in trouble is now at the mercy of a family that doesn’t know anything about Miracle Training, but they are still going to add their 2 cents. The ego just can’t help it. It has to pretend it knows (it’s guessing with your life in the balance) when it doesn’t. Will this person be strong enough to break through the iron-clad limitations of family and social dynamics? Statistically speaking, the odds are stacked against this person.

Even when sudden events unfold, the world of acceptance can only see the tip of the iceberg and refuses to even consider that this may have been silently building up for years. A heart attack seems sudden enough, even though most in the know will realize it’s been coming on for years. Appearance-based people can’t see beneath the tip of the iceberg. This prevents them from resolution and puts them permanently in the game of diagnosis, amelioration (watching grass grow), worrying it will come back, declaring war on the body, living with it, or wearing some type of contraption. Staying on a walker when you should get off of it as quickly as possible is this type of mentality. A runner who has run by my house for years wears a bulky knee brace. Is the knee getting better, or is he merely enduring?

Then the person will make the next mistake by asking: what does their insurance coverage dictate? They assume (at best, they're guessing) that the best person is under the roof of insurance coverage. Their next mistake is going on the consensus-driven internet, where everyone gets a vote no matter how false it may be. The answer that you seek is not found on an amplified platform where might makes right. Everyone has an opinion, but that opinion cannot save this person's life. In the world of the ordinary, we call this collateral damage, friendly fire, or that’s just the way it is, when it isn’t. Knowing you can absolutely help people who will never get to you is a suffering unknown to anyone but the warrior.

DCME Confidential

Confidential-150x150

Question 1: My new DCME is driving me crazy! They weren’t like this when they started.  I actually dread seeing her name in the appointment book. What is going on here?

Answer: She is the perfect DCME for you. She is mirroring or reflecting what is going on in your mind and life right now. Hang in there. Serve others with a greater power and learn from people that drive you nuts. They may be considered teachers up to a point.

Question 2: My spouse is grinding me, saying that I should only be concerned with things a DC in her mind is supposed to do. She doesn’t like you and thinks you are a quasi-cult leader. She wants me to obey the rules, do what I’m told, and do superficial pain relief only. What do I do?

Answer:  She is only attempting to protect you. You receive the training, not her. Some people do not respond well to increased ambition, change, or contrarian views. If you were a cosmetic surgeon, she would probably want you to remove skin tags, warts, moles, or those types of things rather than perform sophisticated, complicated operations.
