Your Weekly TNR Pulse

Observations in CT last weekend

I was teaching a class about Chiropractic care for infants and children with a focus  on VSC removal, prevention and detection, and making it practical in your office. There were lots of great and caring  DCs in attendance who want to see more kids, but some didn’t have the tools, the patient education systems, or the communication and boundary skills. Many wanted to possess the skill to be able to adjust a kid; you know, the mechanical skill. While technique is, of course, important the alpha skill is the implementation of the skill in the face of an unbelieving public. The real determinant to getting the results you desire is the ability to completely change beliefs. Changed beliefs cut through resistance, problems, and yah buts like a hot knife thru butter. In TNR we call this transformation. If changing beliefs was easy, every unwanted behavior would be easy to get rid of, like addictions and being out of shape, etc. Knowing the solution is easy, doing something about it is where the rubber meets the road.

Speaking to DCs outside of TNR really gives me a  perspective at how fortunate we are flying in formation. There has never been a better time to be in TNR!

Miyagi coming up fast!

If we don’t celebrate and recognize our Navy Seal type of abilities they ultimately rust or atrophy, instead of being able to help people that may not receive help. Even though you will learn actual technique and methods at the event, it’s really about imbuing your adjustments, your communication, and your intent with a KNOWINGNESS: a CERTAINTY that is reserved for 1% who have put in the time and effort to develop this ability(like learning to play a musical instrument.) In the music world, there are singers and musicians who are talented beyond all get up. They can play their instruments but they don’t move the molecules of the listener. No goosebumps! All DCs can adjust the spine. However, will the body systems move back towards the equilibrium known as health? You can't usually see invisible diseases like diabetes and blood pressure from the outside, but you can measure them. Measuring them doesn’t help the illness. Taking a person's blood pressure doesn’t help their blood pressure. Can you actually develop the ability to move the needle of these invisible diseases? The answer is MASTERY. Don’t miss your opportunity. This is a members only event.

Practice tip of the week

Stop focusing on the problem and instead concentrate on the solution only. When you talk about a problem over and over, you reinforce the subconscious beliefs about having the problem in the first place. We do this unconsciously and we don’t realize we are doing this. Shift into solution mode and focus on the solution, not the problem. Acknowledge the problem, yes, but talking to everyone who will listen will guarantee to keep the problem around. If you are hanging around with people who are talking about the problems, they are making it more difficult for you because they are reinforcing the reality of the problem. Whenever you have a problem reach out to people you know. It’s okay to communicate your difficulty or your resistance, but don’t keep talking about the problem. Here’s a simple example: You want to lose a few pounds. You call up a TNR member and keep telling them that you can’t fit in your clothes, your spouse doesn’t desire you, your kids won’t listen to you, etc. Move your focus into solution mode. Get out a picture of yourself at a time when you were more in shape. Put that where you get ready in the morning. You subconscious knows what to do. Start a new campaign of fitness and stick to it. Watch your eating while vegging out in front of your TV or computer. You are into the solution and results are on the way. Talking about the problem is one thing. Taking action towards the solution is another.

Love Has No Color Update

August 9-12 are the dates and it’s going to change everything on the reservation forever. Everyone will be receiving our 2017 LHNC fundraising guide in the next few weeks. In addition to having Fun Days in Wolf Point and Poplar, we are having a 2 day summer camp program for the kids. Featured will be DCs, ND’s, pro athletes, and fitness initiatives. We will be providing bedding for the kids, backpacks loaded with school supplies, and high quality, non-perishable food. Also, we will be fixing up residences and cleaning the elders' apartments and homes. We are asking for all of our members to reach out into their circles (online and offline) to engage people to donate and to also participate in the actual event. Make it a family vacation!
