Your Weekly TNR Pulse

Miyagi this week!

Make sure you have all the ‘secret’ times and locations of where to meet. Call TNR HQ if you have any questions. There was a confederate (spy) that attempted to join Miyagi this past weekend. This previous TNR member learned about the closed door policy of TNR events (quarterly seminars are for the introduction of guests and prospective members) and wanted to rejoin coaching after Miyagi. NO GO! This is for active coaching members only. Remember to dress for cold weather with long pants, a sweatshirt or jacket, and sneakers on Friday night for the mystery excursion. Sorry Dr. Deb!

Dr. Randi Jo and Dr. Marc are in the house!

They are starting their office in Exeter, NH and it's absolutely fabulous. The office is sunlit through and through with amazing huge windows.  The office has a rhythm of life and vibrancy. Exeter is packed with friendly people who are thirsting to know the real benefit of Chiropractic. Being in a category of one (TNR style, families, acute and wellness) has so many benefits. Most area DCs just don’t want to see kids. Play big or go home!

Practice tip of the week

Stop caving into practice members. Sure, the practice member has many choices, but you have only one…to serve each person to the best of your abilities. With awareness comes responsibility. Let your current and prospective practice members know your policy on finances. If you don’t take insurance or want to be less insurance dependent, you must articulate this to all present and future PMs. Have written and video testimonials as to why your policy on finances exist and people will accept it. Ask Miyagi about this directly as this is one of the fingerprints of having a category of one office!

Dr. Stephanie is a cash office. What does that mean? You will pay her directly and if you have any benefits for Chiropractic care, she will give you documentation for you to receive payment directly from the insurance company. Dr. Stephanie does not agree to insurance guidelines about reimbursement of patient care and will not allow an insurance company to dictate care for your family.

Having huge accounts receivable is a drag on the lifeblood of any office! Is it worth having PMs that don’t care if you’re paid in your office as the majority of your PMs? Most offices are shifting toward more committed cash people. Move toward this - don’t make a sweeping policy change and kick people out and watch your economics shrivel.

The updated LHNC fundraiser 2017 package is almost ready!

We are putting together an updated fundraiser package for Aug 9-12. It will be mailed out very soon. In it will be the X’s and O’s of how to fundraise. Please, please, please feel free to go above and beyond the ideas presented with your fundraising. Many will not shave their heads a la Dr. Teri if they raise $25,000! We have a few offices that may eclipse the record for fundraising because of their social media contacts, big fish, corporations, celebrities, etc. Family, friends, and guest DCs are all welcome to our celebration on the reservation.

Can you rock an Intro Seminar?

If you have the chops to get area DCs to your office for a presentation about TNR by Dr. Kevin, let HQ know and a date will be assigned to you. Most Intro Seminars are held on a Thursday morning from 9:00 to 12:00. Not all members are able to gather a flock, but if you can gather DCs to listen to Dr. Kevin, here are some of the benefits you will receive:

One on one time with Dr. Kevin. Many members have stated that their favorite time is the night before or the breakfast before the event because they can pick his brain. Some docs have looked forward to introducing their spouses and families to Dr. Kevin. It was a big deal for them.

Having another TNR member in your area sure would make it easier for you. Don’t go along with the majority of DCs and let online, virtual communities be a substitute for the real thing. They just can't be.

Having ‘Miyagi Eyes’ on your office is quite unnerving. It’s almost like having a white glove inspection. Oh, what his eyes have seen over the years.

Some of the 'schemes' that enterprising TNR members have created to get DCs to their Intro Seminars have ranged from reacquainting with Chiropractic College BFFL to coordinating with hunting trips, hobby expos, etc. There has been no limit to the creativity of our members.
