The pulse of TNR!
The royal wedding is this weekend!
Miyagi will be here through Wednesday. and then will be ‘off the grid’ for the rest of the week for Dr. Randi Jo and Dr. Marc’s wedding on Saturday. If anyone needs any extra help with concepts, writing Miyagi-esque pamphlet, etc, he will be here only to Wednesday.
DCME mailer will land this week
Everyone will receive their snail mail reminder of DCME on July 15. If there is a crowned jewel, a key or doorway to doing things very few DCs are doing in Chiropractic, it’s DCME. This is a member’s only seminar. There are no levels of practice or income to attend DCME. If you are currently doing DCMEs in your office, you can’t miss it. If you have never done a DCME, you’ve got to jump in…the waters fine! There’s no shallow end to TNR. Like all TNR events, they are not a one and done. Each time you participate, you wear away another layer of resistance to your colonization, smallness and belief in disease.
Check out the TNR website on a daily basis!
TNR is all about multi-platforms of happenings, events, and community. Sure, we send lots of emails to members, but many of these get filtered and you never receive them because they go to into your spam folder. A TNR happening gets posted on Mondays, and there are blogs, podcasts, webinars, videos, etc all available at coachingforchiropractors.com. Members should be stalking the site. There are so many ‘gold nuggets’ of the concepts and strategies of TNR explained in an entertaining format. Many times it reinforces what you are doing ‘spot on’ and other times reminds you of what you are not doing.
Remember, there are ‘members only’ sections on the website which means you are privy to insider training and concepts that nobody else in the profession lays eyes upon.
Practice tip of the week
Chunk it down! Add one new patient per week and watch what happens. It’s nice to have 5 extra or 10 extra, but just concentrate on one. We all love explosive growth, you know, 12, 15 or more new patients in a week. Problem is, just like with dieting, it doesn’t last unless you have huge systems in place. A much more sane idea is to add a small number of new patients each week and watch the compounding effect over time. 50 new patients (over a year) in many offices signals an increase in economics of over $100,000 and that’s just for condition-based care. This doesn’t take into consideration wellness, DCMEs, referrals, etc.
A moment of gratitude!
It's great having your own kids start their own practices, its déjà vu all over again. The start-up energy and the type of ‘characters’ in your office are the same regardless of the year. Hearing the miracle stories gives all of us in TNR a sense of joy. We aren’t different to be different or because we are a marketing strategy, it’s because we are different. Everyone in TNR feels this strength, this sense of community that is anchored in our unity: our grasp and application of the principles of Chiropractic that very few in our profession are choosing to do. Throughout the years, it has been especially gratifying to witness TNR offices blossom into once in a lifetime offices. They are indeed special. When new patients enter the office, they look around and always comment, "this is different from my other Chiropractor". If they have never been before, they just look around and say, "WOW!" Our offices are first class. The moment the patients walk through the doors, they can sense the community, the energy, and that the doctor has a shared interest (as opposed to a separate interest in profit, administration and dealing with insurance companies) in their health. They know that the doctor isn't going to let them down.
Fundraising update!
Keep an eye out for emails and eventually videos about our LHNC fundraising. More members have established office sites on CrowdRise and that helps get the ball rolling. The foundation of our fundraising efforts has always been the offices in our program. Let your practice members take it to the next level. Let the kids take it to the schools. Let the parents take it to businesses, religious groups, civic groups, etc. As we mentioned before, we are long past not asking for all the help we can get for the kids on the reservation.
Have an incredible week!
