The Pulse of TNR!
Super Academy…are you in?
The most fear-inducing TNR seminar is this weekend. If public speaking is the number one fear…can role-playing be far behind? In past years, some members would actually buy their tickets and then not show up to the seminar. When questioned about their AOR (acute onset retardation) on their next coaching call, they would say that they were too afraid of role-playing. They let this fear control them and keep them from attending a seminar that they had paid for. Communication skills are the cats meow, the king with the crown for once-in-a-lifetime DCs. There is no substitute. Life will bring this lesson to you in income, marriage, relationships, parenting, or just about anything else. Denying the critical need of communication skills in your life unnecessarily complicates everything. Super Academy itself is not that scary, only the decision to attend is! Call Samantha today and get your ticket!
Practice tip of the week
What you expect and accept in life you get. Keep your intent razor sharp with your belief in Chiropractic. Don’t let PMs or others rain on your parade no matter how ‘sensical’ or helpful the advice seems. When you expect hassles from people, you’ll get them. When you accept ‘crumbs’ from PMs, you’ll get them. Only you can keep your expectations and what you accept high. One of the rituals that Navy Seal style Chiropractors do that others don’t do is train. Did you know that only a small percentage of DCs go to anything other than license credit snoozefests? They may attend a technique or insurance coding seminar, or maybe even a wealth management seminar or two that will teach them how other things like stocks, bonds, and real estate will make them rich. Not too many attend seminars about Chiropractic and improving their communication skills. On this TNR website, there are dozens of training videos, blogs, and articles that keep your expectations and what you accept high between events! Don’t be shy about watching them over and over again, that’s what they are there for.

DCME 21 Day Video Program
No matter how tight your clinical abilities are, PMs need help with establishing a new belief in health. They have a PhD in disease, but only a grade school diploma when it comes to health. As a TNR DC, you have a responsibility to go above and beyond symptom relief with PMs. DCME participants will be the most excited, enthusiastic patients in your office. They will refer in others that are equally enthusiastic. What is a PM like this worth in your office?
Use social media to help
Do you remember how many DCs you used to know? Over the years the number tends to shrink. You get busy with your kids, other activities and routines, and your old mates fade away. Send a shout out to them and touch base. Let them know about your experiences in TNR. A few years after graduation, DCs become isolated and their belief in Chiropractic starts to fade. Let your old friends know about TNR if they are ambitious and want to grow exponentially. We aren’t looking for cookie cutter, average DCs. We are looking for great DCs who are currently in practices that don’t reflect their true abilities, DCs who want help going to the next level.
