2019 TNR Events Calendar
I hope you've had a chance to look at the 2019 TNR events calendar. Remember, there is no beginning or no end to these events and they don't need to be taken in a particular order. Similar to tongue in groove flooring, attending these events is a seamless way of making your journey to becoming that once-in-a-lifetime DC. Many DCs new to TNR make the mistake of comparing these events to seminars by other companies. Each TNR event works on removing layers of interference that prevent your greatness from shining forth. They also help to remove lots of emotional baggage that you may or may not be aware of that silently conspire against you. These events are only open to TNR members so you know you will be sitting next to people who are making a similar journey.

Christmas on the Reservation is full steam ahead
There are only 2 weeks remaining for our yearly gift raising effort for the kids on the Reservation. When you have formed relationships of trust and have created a true community, instead of an ordinary, face-in-the-crowd Chiropractic office, you will get lots of cooperation. Getting practice members involved in your office is the first level. Asking them to get their social media contacts involved is the second level. There are lots of people who truly want to be a part of Love Has No Color when they hear about it. Let's make this year's effort better than last year's!

Practice tip of the week: Power vs. Force
In the book, Power vs. Force, by David Hawkins, we learn that these two things are as different as night and day. Most people think they are the same. They are heavens apart. When you use force with people, you must resort to selling, closing, manipulating, taking advantage of, etc. One person wins and the other loses. With power, there is a voluntary joining of two people with a shared interest. Each TNR procedure imbues the doctor/practice member relationship with power instead of the cheap substitute of force. In the disease model, force against the body is always used through its methods from drugs to amputation, chemo, radiation, and the like. With power, there is a rebirth of health where all the parts of the whole are better, not just some of the diseased parts.
When you use force against people when they are vulnerable (in pain or sick) it borders on cruel and unusual punishment. Using power takes more ability, a special mindset, and training that can never be bought, sold, or conferred upon. It must be earned. When you see invisible diseases (ones you can't touch until it has gone way beyond the threshold, like anxiety, depression, metabolic illness, concussion, addiction, etc.) in your office, you will really understand the difference between power and force. We don’t employ the outside in method of force that MDs wield and using power is more difficult. I am convinced this is why most DCs shy away from difficult cases. Many defer to, ‘insurance doesn’t cover it’, but what about cash offices? Only a small minority of DCs have developed the requisite skills and mindset to be able to affect illness beyond aches and pains.

DCME Confidential

Question 1: What do you do with a DCME when they continually skip their adjustments even though they have pre-paid?
Answer: This is a dialogue that has to be addressed. They are putting other things ahead of their health and are self-medicating by reducing or slowing down their progress. Nothing good can come from this strategy as they are attempting to get you to accept their behavior. Not only will this cripple clinical results, but they will also look at you as another teacher, parent, or coach who looked the other way instead of being that strong person in their life that creates and enforces boundaries.

Miyagi says thank you!

In the spirit of Thanksgiving, I would like to thank each and every one of our members for your support and loyalty. Every paper product, H2H, and 21-Day DCME program not only helps Chiropractic but it also helps the kids on the Reservation. A portion of all the TNR sales goes to LHNC. As you know, there are a lot of other more convenient, less expensive, and less demanding coaching programs out there. When you, by your own volition, continue to train and put forth the effort to be the best you can be, wonderful things happen in your practice and your life, as well as for the kids. Healthier people do indeed create a healthier planet!
Take it upon yourself to thank your parents and others who have made a huge difference in your life and who deserve a thank you from you, including the non-living.
