TNR Happenings April 24, 2017

Your Weekly TNR Pulse
May 19th & 20th MasterMind & TNR Quarterly Seminar in Atlanta
Our spring seminars in Atlanta always have a homecoming-type vibe to them. You get to see familiar faces, along with new faces, as you embark on the next leg of your journey to becoming a once in a lifetime DC. At MM, work one on one with Miyagi and other members as we share high end, contrarian strategies and methods nobody else in the country is using. Being at MM can be scary because it is counterintuitive to your old way of doing things with scarcity or being held hostage by unappreciative PMs. Once you see it being done by someone else, you realize how easily you can do it, too. It’s the practical application of increasing your current income 3,5,10 fold. The TNR seminar will feature an overview of what an office that is attractive to Millennial parents looks like: one that creates a community, supports a social cause and has an understanding of what Chiropractic is all about. There have been many changes to the standard clinical and patient education procedures and these are currently being used in high-achieving offices. Don’t be left behind!
Fundraising for LHNC starts May 1, 2017
Everyone has been mailed their personalized 2017 Fundraiser Package. Did you notice that an outdoor hockey rink was recently added to our list of projects and that our goal this year is to raise $150,000? It truly is a once in a lifetime thing we are participating in. It’s so easy to procrastinate or think of excuses like, "I’ll get involved next year." The conditions these kids toil under can’t wait for convenience or for someone else to come along. Our fundraising for Boot Camp happens only once a year. We have produced remarkable results in the last 11 years and we need to keep the momentum going! The multiplying factor is using social media to connect people with LHNC. Our goal will be reached if we encourage our practice members to share information about our fundraising with their social media friends. Invite your patients to come to Boot Camp. Some doctors are even paying for VIP patients to be there. There are so many more people who would gladly participate but they don’t know about LHNC and they haven't been asked to help.
Practice tip of the week
Dr. Lizzie Snow of Florida fame took heed of an idea that was hatched at MasterMind or a H2H and put it into action. She has two dogs pictured on her website that are up for adoption from the local shelter. The average DC probably doesn't get it. Why would a DC have dogs that are up for adoption on her website? If you have noticed how Millennials treat their dogs then you will understand this concept. Do you have any idea how much social media traffic is created by other people who are involved with dogs? It sounds crazy, but it sometimes seems that more people are interested in a social cause than in their own health. It’s about using communication skills at their finest with people who have yet to reach your office. All offices are welcome to try this. Please email us any ideas or projects that are currently working for your office.
Colonization was well received!!
Many that attended Miyagi have expressed a sigh of relief: they have an explanation that goes well beyond the Chiropractic arena. Finally, someone put it all together. Some of the video testimonials bring people to tears. Some people felt that this was hands-down the best event experience ever. One attendee mentioned how each event keeps building on the last event, like a tongue and groove flooring that has no beginning and no ending. Are we talking about DCs, society at large, medicine, marriage, parenting, science, religion…yes, yes, yes, yes, and yes. In the Chiropractic arena, there is way too much focus on obeying the rules, being puppets for organizations that support disease (insurance companies), being afraid of consequences for being a real DC, Medicare audits, etc. Some of the prevalent themes in Chiropractic today, like fear, mediocrity, and being out of fair exchange, are not causes, but merely symptoms of a much larger problem that is chronic in nature. Pussified or colonized DCs do what authorities tell them and have become way too obedient and compliant. Complacency anybody?
Will you please send out invitations to DCs that you know to invite them to our TNR Quarterly Seminar on May 20th? This is the perfect way to introduce them to TNR. Please don’t attempt to introduce them to the concept of colonization because it will be way over their heads. Simply get them to the May 20th seminar. High-resonating TNR members allow other DCs to ‘get with it’ and stop letting everyone else tell them what to do and how to do it. It isn’t just your individual practice at stake, it's our profession and the future of humanity.
