TNR Happenings 8.15

We Did It!

I am so proud of our participants, donors, and members.  The ability and execution of a small, swift group of doers is a thing of beauty. There is a truly supportive culture and community in TNR. A thousand, very heavy cartons of food were packed, loaded, and delivered to the neediest on the Fort Peck Reservation and the Northern Cheyenne Reservation. The t-shirts were amazing with special thanks to Dr. Julie and Dr. Lizzie. We had so much fun and many adventures. International recording star Sophie Walker and the Dudes provided sonic entertainment for the fun days. Seeing all the people in our group provide leadership skills is a sight you never get tired of. In addition to letters already next to their names, they also have another degree not found in the world of the ordinary called GSD (getting sh&% done). We had a tire blow out in the middle of nowhere on a trailer with 150 cartons of food and it was 100 degrees out - no problem. The problem was solved. No waiting for AAA spoken here. Having a Level 2 guest and a recent Miracle Training graduate really added incredible depth to the group. This year’s event went way beyond a group of doctors and coaches helping kids. It was another display of extreme humanitarianism at the right time in history. With so much attention being placed on disease, deception, economic destruction, and corrupt politics, it was refreshing to place the focus where it belongs: on health and giving a helping hand to those in need. See if you can spot Noodles in one of the pictures below - the first dog to make the trip to Boot Camp!

Tao of TNR Is On September 17th

The content of this training covers what is under the tip of the iceberg (what you don’t see). It’s the cause, the why, the inspiration, and the motivation of what makes a once-in-a-lifetime DC/ND/coach. These are the ingredients to being remembered and changing the trajectory of everyone in your stewardship. This is not restricted to your practice members; it’s your kids, your extended family, etc. Did you notice how few listened to you during the fabrication of the plague? In a world that is suddenly hostile to different thoughts or philosophy than those foisted with force and loss of freedom, there is really no choice about attending. Without a constant continual input of high resonating thought, strategies, and community, you will get worn down by the majority who stand for nothing or what they are told to stand for. It’s so easy to be a skeptic, a superficial, 154-character, digital sound piece who comments on everything they hear about on social media and to stand for and do nothing. Discounted tickets are available until August 31st.

Dinner With Kenny

One of the many highlights of the Reservation adventure was having dinner with Kenny Smoker and the kind words he spoke about our group. He said Love Has No Color is an answer to his people’s prayers. It’s easy to take for granted what has been previously accomplished and what will be accomplished in the future. He was celebrating all of our past and present members. The depth of his words is really only beginning to sink in. Trips to the Reservation need a few days of processing, yes? How many people do you know that are like Kenny Smoker? He is an elder, a statesman, and a non-political man dedicated to moving his tribe forward in the stifling, restricting confines of a third-world Reservation. How many people are willing to dedicate 16 years of their lives to making a 24-million dollar wellness center possible when all around him said it couldn’t be done?

From the Mind of Miyagi

Depth, freedom, discerning thoughts, and liberty are becoming rarer and rarer. Instead of being able to have a healthy debate, you are censored, your license removed, or your economics are curtailed. Individually and collectively you are being asked in every area of your life to do what you are told, not to think for yourself, and adopt the ways of a diseased world. Parents can’t discern for themselves and unwittingly poison not only themselves but the next generation. In the Art of War, one of the time ordered strategies is how to not just kill one person with a tool of destruction (bomb, bullet, arrow), but rather get them to bring some form of poison (concept, deception, guilt, ideal, being a good comrade, etc.) back to the nest to kill future generations. This hastens the process of killing exponentially.

Isn’t foisting limitations, lack, and ‘getting a good job’ a form of poisoning to the next generation? In the past, you could work for someone and not get exposed; you could put in your 40 years of working for a corporation, put your brain asleep, and retire. Today, this kills the spirit of the few. For many, it remains a viable option. It’s really about the true freedom of choice. Hearing your parents keep saying to work for wiser, more established people, your subconscious becomes programmed that you aren’t one of them. Where will the leaders be for the next generation? They will not be developed by working and submitting to others.

It’s a form of amnesia to think things will get better when they are doomed from the beginning. Listening to others who know nothing about health (practice members, family, friends, spouses) is a sure-fire recipe for disaster. Caving again and again and agreeing to be a low-paid alternative pain provider only is the quickest way to losing the miracle of Chiropractic. Having people reject your recommendations based on insurance coverage (disease based) has to stop in your office. Providing patient education (mainly a functioning, weekly Health Awareness Seminar), having a ruthless intolerance for resistance, and working with open-minded people goes a long way since the invention of the plague.

Training in TNR insulates you from the spirit-robbing effects of becoming like others. Don’t let complacency get rooted in your life. If you are not moving forward with your training, the plague-filled society will catch up with you. Call Dr. Julie to schedule your next training: either a one-on-one Head-to-Head or the Tao of TNR training with the TNR group.

Question: I just saw a Level 2 patient of a TNR member on the Reservation. She seemed incredible and happy, like nothing was wrong with her. Physically, she looks like she is in great shape. What gives?

Answer: It’s all under the tip of the iceberg. People don’t wear signs on their backs advertising they are in trouble. You are speaking from the world of appearance only. That’s what Level 2 is all about: finding those who have slipped through the cracks.
