TNR Happenings December 23, 2019

There is something magical about this time of the year. It’s naturally geared towards reflection and wondering how will 2020 be different. TNR is a sacred community that few in this world know about, much less feel the need for. When you allow TNR to be a part of you, things that were difficult or impossible are now considered easy and automatic. Lean into TNR, don’t do merely the minimum. This insane, contradictory world starts making total sense when you view it from a different perspective. Things like communication skills, leadership, creating relationships of trust, setting boundaries, saying no, and giving up the need to be accepted, understood, and liked by the majority of dim light bulbs (Below the Line people) that are sadly the majority become a welcomed part of your life. From all of us at TNR, allow 2020 be your personal best filled with enchanted experiences of kids, DCME, wellness cases, and becoming the once-in-a-lifetime DC you always wanted to be.
DCME is on January 18th
Don’t miss this training session. Even though you may have experienced many DCME trainings, your societal training in mediocrity and the sharecropper role of Chiropractic can still dwarf your efforts. This is not a negative, it’s reality. You need to do everything you can do to protect your newfound beliefs in the far-reaching effects of vitalistic Chiropractic. Here are some excerpts from the upgraded workbook.
If your grief and shame are not released on a continual basis, you will be unconsciously held in place by an invisible force. You will be carrying these around without consciously being aware of it. As a consequence, you will not take risks or opportunities. You will look for and crave validation (people-pleasing), certifications, and acceptance from people who hold in place the shaming and grieving norms, values, and social constructs. You will be a magnet for technique, academics, BSOs, and the such.
Training sessions in TNR are rituals of releasing the grief and shame necessary (think scar tissue here) to lose the excess weight, restrictions, and limitations to swim freely in the unknown known as DCMEs.
You have to love people enough, individually and as a whole, to be connected in the service of humanity to release them completely when the proverbial sh*& hits the fan. Like the lighthouse metaphor, you have to love someone or something enough to release it completely for the benefit of all. (Thank you for the wonderful painting, Dr. Lisa and Heartland.) You cannot let your past failures rule you in the present. They will eat you up. They will affect your performance with your next DCME.
I heard a newbie say, "I’m going to attend the Sacred Relationship Experience instead and will get to DCME when I am ready." Get out the bar of Ivory soap and open your mouth. All training sessions are like tongue and groove flooring. There is no beginning, no end, and no order of degree of difficulty. They are all necessary parts of your journey. If you haven’t purchased your DCME gift already, buy yourself a stocking stuffer today!

Practice tip of the week
For 2020, cut down on your insurance dependency. If you have even been to one TNR training event, you know insurance is active participation in colonization and you are voluntarily signing up for participation in slavery. Stop doing unpaid, rhetorical paperwork over and over. You fill out the 4th request for payment that gets rejected once again: at what point will you do the unthinkable and ask your practice member for the balance of their bill? Imagine if your CAs had more time freed up from paperwork, minutiae, and dealing with Below the Line claims representatives that enforce the policy of profit before people (business model). Imagine if your CAs had 40% more time to plan, organize, and strategize growth activities for your office. Hmmmm.
Love Has No Color
Are you sharing the photos and videos of this year’s Christmas on the Reservation? Your practice members and community love seeing humanitarian doctors in action. You can write about Christmas on The Reservation and include pictures for your Facebook, Instagram, and your online community newspaper. Also, many communities still have an weekly newspaper that will gladly print your article and pictures free of charge under community events and happenings. Putting an article or two in your Important Patient Records Folder year round is a great idea. It shows people who you are and what you stand for. There is no substitute for creating relationships of trust.

Sacred Relationship Experience
Tickets are 50% sold out. Some members are utilizing payment programs instead of receiving the discount for pre-payment for the Sacred Relationship Experience. The vehicle of payment is not the important part, it’s your participation in the experience. Be aware of the inertial of thinking everything is just fine. Every person who has had relationship problems has either known about them and chosen to do nothing or they were blindsided. Above the Line people train outside of catastrophes so they can prevent future problems or be prepared for when the inevitable storms of life occur. Below the Line people get exposed as being not prepared. This happens every time.

DCME confidential
Season’s Greetings! Thank you for taking on the most difficult cases in all of Chiropractic and helping kids and adults get back to what’s important in their lives. Blessing from the worthy to the worthy.
