TNR Happenings – January 9, 2017

Your Weekly TNR Pulse
January 20 & 21 – MM/Seminar in Atlanta
I don’t know about you, but for most, you don’t have to ask twice about getting out of the frigid cold and snow to celebrate our community – in 60 degree weather! There’s a profound sense of optimism for 2017 in TNR. By being a part of the community, you have demonstrated your willingness to join with others of a like-mind, which reduces our fears and gives our inner, untapped potential an opportunity to blossom. With so many DCs outside of TNR accepting society’s mandates about decline of income, exponentially increased difficulty with insurance coverage, no kids, no DCME’s, wellness, etc. its imperative that we celebrate our freedom to be successful and provide help to people that others are not able to. To not celebrate our freedom is to allow our purpose and our very economic freedom to be controlled by outside factors. Definitely not cool. If you haven’t yet experienced virtual or digital consultations, baseline assessments, or discovered your relevancy to Millennials and Gen X’s and the most plausible explanation to disease that will lead to fanatic participation in your office, you must seize the opportunity. So many new concepts in TNR and MM! The results of these will lead to astounding levels of success and purpose. Yes, there are a few remaining tickets – don’t miss out!
The Spirit of TNR
Can you feel it? There is a renewed sense of connectivity, community and cooperation in TNR. Being of service to humanity has never been so fun and exciting. Christmas on the Reservation was by far our best effort to date. We are now reaching people that have never before been reached. Dr. Teri Dunton traveled to Fort Walton Beach, FL to help Dr. Lizzie Snow with the grand opening of her beautiful new office. She wasn’t asked for help, she volunteered. That’s the thing about TNR, we act boldly in the pursuit of truly creating a difference in the lives of others. I can’t tell you what that means to a year one practitioner! It’s the difference that makes an even bigger difference. I have also heard about the sharing of baseline assessments with members…way to go! In the spirit of cooperation, if you know of a great DC who would benefit from our community, please turn them on to TNR. I have the largest incentive ever offered in TNR for those willing to bring a guest to our Atlanta seminar and refer them to join our group. Get it out to your social media contacts and invite a long lost classmate or colleague to our seminar in Atlanta!
Practice Tip of The Week
Find your niche! Whether you love working with at risk teenagers, dog lovers, cat lovers, motorcycle people, Autistic patients, those with a developmental delay, ADHD, cutters, self-destructive kids, or whoever, it’s up to you to get yourself discovered by that group. People tend to hang out with other people whose interests and opinions align similarly to theirs. Anything from an illness to a hobby can bond people. It takes commitment and some effort to track down these groups and to be relevant to them. Sometimes it’s speaking to their groups, writing blogs, writing articles, having public events that they speak at, having webinars specific to them where they are posed questions, etc. The key is to get creative! Once the code is cracked to getting into these closed circle groups, you will have exclusive meaning to them because you cared enough to get in front of them. They will become advocates for you. No matter what group it is, they all have a dire need to be healthy!
Video Conferences With Miyagi
Sometimes there tends to be a gap between H2Hs, DCME, SuperAcademy and other experiential events, where you don’t fully implement what you have learned there. Enter the video conference with Miyagi, a must for all high-level members who are on a mission to make 2017 their best year ever! A dedicated 30-minute video conference (some members claim it’s so Miyagi can see your face just in case your nose gets slightly elongated, a la Pinnochio) on any subject you choose, almost like a think tank. This could be a new idea, some clarification of principles or new concepts, or even a step-by-step breakdown of any procedure or concept. Only $600 per conference. As has been previously noted, video conferences are not a substitute for H2Hs, coaching, or any other TNR events. They are a supplement to them!
Need Miracle Book Written Testimonials
Every member by now has received a book. This referral tool has application in every TNR office and beyond. It can be used both on AND offline. It was written to increase the expectations of people before they enter your office with their lowered expectations of what a regular DC is good for. We’re looking for more testimonials from TNR doctors who have had positive experiences with the book. Thank you!
Kenny Smokers letter from COTR
Dr. Kevin and Love Has No Color members:
December 2016 is a month to remember, it was a great time for the children of the Fort Peck Reservation. It was good to see happy times for our children, the expression on their faces receiving the presents sent by many thoughtful individuals. What’s so memorable was the action that goes behind the gift giving. I know that many people who donated gifts could not be here, but the time and thoughtfulness that goes to get each one of the gifts are very much appreciated. Those that were here showed love, kindness, compassion, and warmth they gave as they handed out the gifts. This alone sinks deep in the heart for all of us here. Love Has No Color members are not thinking of themselves but others in this spiritual time. Giving pretty much of what they have to those in need, the food, toys, coats, shoes and many other gifts, but also to take time to be here to share what they have within them. As I say it is quite remarkable to continually see individuals who are blessed, wanting to share what they have, Love for one another.
Every year it is hard to think that each previous visit cannot be out done but, it happens. This year our guests got to see our Santa Claus and he expressed a wonderful thank you. He has been working so hard that he needed help this year and Love Has No Color stepped in to help with the gift giving and love that goes along with it. Love Has No Color has some great connections; from above to the North Pole. It’s an Honor to know each and every one of you. Thank you, can’t wait to see you next time!
