TNR Happenings 6.19

DCME Training Is On July 15th

In every human endeavor, there is the decidedly small minority that pushes the envelope and is not interested in merely being good at what they do. They spend their lives pursuing excellence. In this pursuit, they will experience resistance from surprising people in their lives, including spouses, parents, in-laws, themselves, etc. The people causing the resistance just don’t see the need to be a once-in-a-lifetime anything. Just pay your bills, raise a family, agree with the social norms, and call it a life. This is why I entered Renaissance in the beginning, why I bought the company, and why I continue to teach the dream to the ever-dwindling population who are founded in truth and humanitarian efforts, not politics, government mandates, or science. The socially accepted majority is compliant with boundaries and limitations and is unlike those who refuse to boldly decline to be average or regular, especially when it comes to the life of a practice member or client. Do you really mean you wouldn’t bend the rules to save a life? How about if it was a family member? To witness the power, the mystery, and the joy in these once-in-a-lifetime people is a wonder in itself. I never get tired of seeing future superstars get a footing and face their resistances with honor and dignity instead of retreating into cowardly compliance to save their asses, be a good spouse, watch another parade celebrating war, or watch a sporting event where they don’t keep score so nobody knows the score (the kids know!) These once-in-a-lifetime people seem to have an energy and hum to their voices; they dance through life instead of shuffling their feet to the daily drudgery of life. Even if you’ve ever wondered the difference between a headache, a migraine, or a concussion, plan on participating in the training. Discounted tickets are available until June 28th.

DIFFICULT CASES MADE EASY 7.15

Fundraising Is On!!!

Food is the theme and the race has begun. Everything you do in life takes energy. Every day you wake up and at the foot of your bed is fear and lethargy. You must override these and generate the necessary energy to accomplish your goals. Your practice members are too distracted and too mired in their own self-agendas to care about these kids living in third-world conditions. You must supply the WHY, the energy, and the enthusiasm to inspire them to open their wallets and hearts. Don’t wait until the last two weeks and expect a great outcome. Start today.  Remember, like a bartender, the first few dollars in the tip jar must be placed by you or the jar will stay empty. People need prompting and to be reminded to do the right thing. Lots of members are planning on bringing their families, friends, and VIP practice members this summer. Who will you be bringing with you?

One thing that I have noticed after guiding hundreds of DCs is the incredible increase in parenting ability and leadership that results from being all-in with TNR. Even if you never have kids, this leadership translates into everything you do from practice members to friends, in-laws, boundaries, pets, etc. My training with my mentor, Dr. Joe Flesia, was an unexpected and added dimension to my training. My kids are the proud recipients of this gift. The joke around the Pallis household has always been about who is the favorite. Different kids have different conspiracy theories revolving around dollars spent, etc. It’s funny to us as we don’t have a favorite, although anyone can concoct a story about anything from the truth in a courtroom to health in a hospital, covid shots help against a man-made tool of bioterrorism, etc. Each of our kids got what they needed to the best of our abilities at the time they needed it. It couldn’t be and wasn’t divided up to be one-third of the resources for each. Each kid had unique needs and gifts and their gifts were developed and mined.

One thing that was apparent from the beginning was the concept that there is no gender to success. The voices that populate the internet today have no concept of this. Success favors the meritorious, not entitlement. Success has no solicitude for gender. If you want something, go out and get it. No matter how sorry your story is, it’s not owed to you. Learn the steps to mastery and produce the achievement level. This sounds so simple and yet so many don’t even know what I am speaking of. Our kids were exposed to a lifestyle of principles and not a lifestyle of wealth for the sake of wealth. We were considered old-fashioned because we wouldn’t endorse all-night parties where alcohol is provided even if there was no driving involved. Alcohol is not a part of our life. Life comes at you 7 days a week and you had better be prepared.

If one of the kids got into trouble at school, we never left it up to the school or police to dictate our curriculum. There were consequences to be had in addition to the watered-down, politically driven agendas of school teachers, etc. When she was in second grade, Christy came home with a ‘yellow card’ warning from a teacher. It was issued for chasing a kid around at recess. I asked Christy if she punched the kid or swore at him and she answered, “No I was just chasing him”. Even back then, the woke movement was rearing its ugly head. You were not supposed to be physically active at recess, as sedentary behavior was gaining in popularity. She was so upset when she presented the warning card to us. She threw down her backpack in disgust. She didn’t want to disappoint us, and yet social agenda and social conformity were calling her. On the warning card, we were asked what type of punishment we were going to use. It was filled out with MYOB. We took Christy out to Friendly’s (burgers and ice cream) and celebrated her triumph instead of punishing her for running at recess. The tone of her life reflects this event even today: outside authority be damned. Covid supposedly divided so many families. On the Squealer’s hotline (311) in Canada, it is estimated that over 50% of the calls were family members ratting on each other. This reflects a life of compliance rather than living a life of principle.

If you didn’t get this type of message during your childhood, you may hide behind excuses like a woman can’t have a family and be successful. It simply is a form of control/inequality and reflects the invisible dictates of gender. Some of the most successful people in TNR have families, sometimes large families. Since when can something so wonderful be an excuse for not attaining success? Whether you have kids, a lukewarm relationship, ailing parents, or a sick dog, you still need training. Success waits on nobody and doesn’t care about what society thinks about it. It’s there for the bold and adventurous, not the timid, the person clinging to stories or the agenda of a past era.

DCME Confidential

Confidential-150x150

Question 1: My DCME has decided not to continue with the second half of their care. They have only paid me for the first half. Is there anything that can be done?

Answer: No. Get another one and pre-pay is the best. Family and social dynamics rule. They are invisible to you and interfere with results, helping people, and, of course, economics.

Question 2: My Level 2/DCME is a terrible person. I am very religious and I don’t think I can continue. Am I thinking clearly?

Answer: A rescue dog doesn’t judge its current owners, it merely gives its best effort. It stays in its lane, instead of judging. With miracles, there is no religion, no judgment, no righteousness. You are not a judge, executioner, or jury, only a healer who must learn a valuable lesson.
