TNR Happenings 11.28

Santa’s Sleigh Has Been Loaded!

It’s here! Can you imagine the kids on the Reservation anxiously awaiting another year of high-end gifts and toys? Seeing their smiles and their joy places love where it belongs: with the kids! The longest-lasting philanthropic group on the Fort Peck Reservation goes into action once again. Don’t look for Face Book postings and phony friends or other outside-in illusive distractions of creating importance in the world of appearance. Christmas on the Reservation does matter regardless of acceptance on social media or its decided absence. Truth is not found on social media. The opinions and expectations of the ordinary have no effect on high levels of consciousness. For a few days, we leave our worlds and enter the world of kids living in third-world conditions. Christmas on the Reservation brings hope, health, and dignity back to the kids. They didn’t ask to be in this position. These kids are invisible to almost everyone except those who choose to consciously recognize their plight and help out in any way they can. Thanks again to our members, practice members, CAs, families, and donors for making this year’s effort our best one to date! Check out these pics from Drs. Christy’s and Cliff’s office:

Here is a picture of the 2022 Christmas on the Reservation t-shirt. They are for the Navy Seal members who will be venturing to the Reservation next week. One of our more creative members has a Love Has No Color wall in her office with many of our t-shirts hanging on it. Even if you are not participating in this year’s festivities, let your practice members in on the fun. With only 2 events each year, make the fun last all year long by having Love Has No Color pictures and event news accessible to your people. Some of our members even have the Love Has No Color section of the TNR Happenings available for practice members each week. Keep the momentum going all year long!

Our next training is on January 21st and I would like to make some observations about the individual and the collective world we are all part of. For two-plus decades I have been guiding aspiring individuals on the path of awareness, achievement, and leaving behind the world of the ordinary. I have noticed there are two distinct methods of learning people use to grasp what is contrary to their previous understanding.

The first is that many assume that someone else or some other force, technique, method, guru, or body of knowledge is needed for them to learn, grow, attain, or discover what’s true for themselves. They concede that they lack the capacity to discover what’s true or real for themselves and are dependent on outside help. Think covid here. The second is people who remain ignorant and are not giving up this position. These are typically close-minded people who are willing to die for their beliefs no matter how false they are. Think fanatics, religious zealots, politics, covid, and nationalism giving people the right to kill and destroy others who don’t believe. They refuse to learn and are smugly proud of their beliefs. They will resort to violence, unjust manmade laws, imprisonment, loss of license, etc. They are true fundamentalists. Covid allowed this group to be identified front and center. They have enjoyed the spotlight, the acceptance, and the power for 3 years and counting. They often reject contributions disdaining any assertions outside of their beliefs as fraudulent nonsense.

I’m sure you have caught yourself in each of these positions at different stages in your life, personally and professionally. One is not any better than the other. Both are limiting factors. It’s okay to begin going toward something you don’t know, then it needs to be discarded to continue to grow. But alas, they are all so difficult to discard. Are we speaking of being a doctor, marriage, parenting, personal growth, etc.? When I begin work with a new DC, it’s common to hear the doctor say they can’t see any more people because they’re already so busy. They can’t see that they are the limiting factor. Unless their beliefs are changed regarding the truth in their office, they must languish at low achievement levels waiting for the next BSO (bright shiny object) (or a sugar daddy/sugar mommy/sure employment/associate) to rescue them from mediocrity, just getting by, and only paying bills.

Remember that truth, a concept you don’t understand, or something you haven’t experienced for yourself like success, happiness, health, or deep relationships is not in your life because it isn’t a part of your consciousness. For instance, when I say something profound or contrary to your beliefs at a training or Head-to-Head you will either pretend to accept it or reject it. Either way misses the point. Instead, blend similarly to Aikido where you see conflict as the only way to onward growth and resolution. Feel the paradox, the ambiguity, the confusion, and the pain and blend with it. Don’t become a masochist or look forward to pain; allow it to be without attempting to lose your mind getting rid of the experience. Without this ability to blend, you will forever be tied to the futile attempt to find BSOs that exonerate you from the suffering of discovering the truth for yourself or any new concept you don’t already know. It’s no wonder most adults don’t raise 5 points of resonation in their entire lifetimes. This is one of the reasons that TNR attracts so many contrarian, renegade people, and all are accepted the way they are. If you want to grow, drop behaviors, thoughts, and beliefs that don’t serve you any longer. It’s always voluntary, it takes great effort, and average, ordinary people shy away from it like the plague. The warrior’s path is almost forgotten in today’s mixed-up, muddled-up world. Transform from a block of ice to water (both are heavy and cumbersome), then to vapor.

Question 1: Is it normal to have doubt about your ability to create a miracle? Certain cases scare the wits out of me.

Answer: Welcome to the world of DCME/Level 2. Thank goodness none of us has to ‘make a miracle’; rather we help align the conditions so they are right for a miracle to manifest. Do your best and train, train, train to be even better for the next person. Have a true rescue dog mentality.

Question 2: My DCME/Level 2 is rather rude to me and cusses me out almost every day. What should I do?

Answer: Don’t let it get under your skin. They are frightened (it doesn’t seem like it!); they don’t like the feeling of being helpless so they attack you. Help them anyway and maybe sometime they will switch to gratitude when you are done with them. Some of your nicest practice members didn’t start out that way. Remember, it’s their gift of health to do anything they want with it. Don’t have any heavy attachments to their personality traits.
