The Pulse of TNR!

A moment of silence and reflection

As horrible as natural disasters are (like with the hurricanes affecting Dr. Deb in St. Croix and Dr. Rebecca in Puerto Rico) and the almost astronomical devastation in human lives, property, and disruption of everyday activities, the man-made disasters are even more difficult to comprehend (mass killings of innocent people, crimes of violence, rage committed on a daily basis against women and children, war, genocide, and pollution of all kinds.) In TNR we have referred to this as the Predicament of the species or the Black Flag of Death. It's almost impossible for most people to wrap their brains around these occurrences. They may think, "what’s this got to do with me?" They also may realize at a deep, profound level that they are powerless to change things.

What if you could change things?

What if, through ongoing wellness care, you could actually make changes in people that would have people feel more of a connection to others; so then taking advantage of or hurting others would not be on their list of options. What if you had this power? I recently came across a young man who I had cared for over a decade ago. This formerly troubled kid is now a high level functioning young adult who is still under Chiropractic care. He had held a knife blade to his mother's throat when he was younger. His mother was worried that he was going to hurt someone. Adjusting this kid was really rough for the first few years. He had to be physically restrained to accomplish the task. You think autistic kids are tough? His mother knew he had all the makings of a sociopath and she knew in her heart-of-hearts that ongoing adjustments would make a difference, not only in his life, but in the lives of others.

Changing the paradigm

With their busy lives, so many people do not fully embrace wellness. They perhaps don’t know any better, but we do. People can’t make the connection between loss of health and the predicament of the species. This is where we come in. Wellness doesn't appear to be as exciting as the quick symptomatic results of Condition Based Care; but it is what the world needs, not more short-term care. All the back pain and neck pain relief in the world will not prevent people from ripping off, harming, oppressing, and killing people. Changing the paradigm from disease to health will create new circumstances for your office and the world.

Ask yourself if you are joining the 99% of DCs who don't have a weekly Health Awareness Seminar. Decreasing your focus on the wellness aspects of practice puts you at risk of becoming an average DC with no connection to people beyond your practice members. How can we proclaim Healthier People = Healthier Planet if we don’t supply the very tools for the transformation? There has to be a connection to a higher cause,  purpose, or calling than your own everyday activities and needs. While very important for YOU, it won't help the rest of the world. Being a once in a lifetime DC is a choice, not a sacrifice. A funny thing about being a Navy Seal type of DC: your own needs get met economically (3, 5, 10x average DCs) as an effect instead of as a cause like seen in the business model.

Mr. Miyagi Seminar on Oct 20th & 21st

The activities have been booked, guests have been invited, and the workbooks are being upgraded as we speak. There are so many levels of understanding at Miyagi. Say you are a DC seeing 500 PV per week. You will walk away with the mindset of seeing 750 PV per week. Let’s say you don’t do the heavy lifting with difficult cases or maybe you cave when it comes to fees and recommendations. Maybe you stay in your comfort zone and follow insurance guidelines.

After attending Miyagi you will have the courage to match appropriate recommendations to your skills and talents. You will not waiver to new patients.

What if you’re brand new in practice? Fortunately, you will not make a lot of the mistakes most of us made when we entered practice. Much of TNR is UNLEARNING incorrect teachings regarding Chiropractic. At Miyagi, you will do it right the first time.

Miyagi, like most of the TNR events, is not difficult. It is, however, uncomfortable. It takes you out of your comfort zone.

Newest tool from TNR

The newest tool from the mind of Miyagi is a 21-day DCME journey; Change your beliefs, Change your life. It is a premium tool whose time has come. While the rest of the world insists on willpower and more information as the key to changing behavior, illness, and limited achievement levels, this course recruits your brain’s Reward Cascade System to do the work automatically. Similar to earning scout merit badges, good grades, promotions, or recognition, the brain is hardwired to heal, solve problems, and do the seemingly miraculous if you activate your Reward Cascade System. There is no learning or understanding necessary…only the willingness to do the 21 days and receive results. Each purchase helps  LHNC kids as well. It will be ready in the next few weeks.
