MasterMind and TNR Seminar this weekend!
MasterMind is all about solving the Da Vinci code of finances. What's preventing you from making peace with money is invisible to you. Unless acted upon with consistency, this invisible blockage will be a lifetime struggle for many. Lottery winners get what everyone thinks they want only to have it ripped out of their hands and left in its wake is a sea of carnage, broken relationships, and conflict. MasterMind has successfully guided hundreds of DCs into unfathomed levels of prosperity. Will you be the next? TNR Seminar will be a behind the scenes look at checking your office from top to bottom. Getting stuck in the day-to-day minutia of an office can blind you to procedures, intent that’s slipping, and things that are not getting done. With the emphasis on high-level training sessions, this seminar couldn’t come at a better time for members! MasterMind will be at TNR headquarters in Norwood, Massachusetts on Friday from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Saturday’s TNR Seminar will be from 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. at Taylor Family Chiropractic in Medway, Massachusetts.
Intro Workshop at Dr. Mark’s office in Michigan on September 27th
The Workshop will be on Thursday, September 27th from 9:00 a.m. to noon. Workshops are hosted by a member to introduce area DCs to TNR. It’s interactive and features participants filling out a practice profile that becomes the bones of the presentation. I will present solutions to their practice challenges using TNR procedures and principles. Get involved and use your social media contacts to let colleagues and friends know of this rare opportunity. The last one we did at Dr. Mark's office was 5 years ago. It is $199 per office with a money back guarantee. This event is capped at 10 DCs max. Even if you don’t personally know of any DCs within driving distance, posting this will reach DCs in this area. These Workshops attract some of the finest DCs around into TNR. These seminars are not designed to appeal to the masses, only the discerning few that are looking for what TNR offers.

Practice tip of the week
What do you do when friends want to become practice members? So many of us think that relatives, friends, and people from your past would make great practice members. They don't! Some reading this will wave their righteous fingers and say, "Wait a minute Dr. Kevin, I have a great practice member that is related to me or a great friend." Here is the rule…not the exception. Friends and relatives do not carry the requisite respect for you. It complicates the doctor-practice member equation. There is a casualness, a knowing who they think you are that doesn’t bode well when you ask for a commitment. Are you going to do it for free, discounted fee, etc. Where is their skin in the game? What happens if the results are not happening? What happens if there are legal overtones to this as in PI and WC? To hold a person accountable, you have to be willing to say goodbye to the friendship. There has to be boundaries and consequences and with relatives and friends, the line gets blurred and fuzzy in a hurry. Do yourself a favor and have that person go to another DC. It will save your personal power and disappointment, and you won't end up with egg on your face. You will feel a lot more comfortable this Thanksgiving at the family dinner table!
DCME confidential

Question 1: I have a miracle case (seizures, head trauma, blood pressure) that has produced results that were not achieved by seeing over 1 dozen MDs. The practice member is very grateful, had prepaid the full DCME fee, their whole family comes in, and she referred another DCME to my office. Here’s my dilemma. She wants me to write a synopsis of my treatment program for her and she is going to submit it to her insurance carrier. She also wants me to meet with one of her MDs to go over the case with them. HELP!
Answer: The first part is very easy. List the dates of adjustments with SOAP type notes, sign the document, and it’s done. As you know, no matter how much you stress to the practice member that insurance companies won’t cover the frequency and duration of a specialized type of care, let them find out. By the way, this level of paperwork is the minimum you need to do for your state board standards. It differs from state to state. Do the minimum. Remember, the practice member is already in a state of health not produced with $50,000 worth of paid claims by the other MDs. Remember that note taking has nothing to do with achieving results, it merely is talking about the problem. Part B of this question is murkier and you must handle this right. First of all, the MD could care less about you or your superhero results. The practice member is browbeating this fellow and DO NOT MEET WITH THIS MD. You are placing yourself in a position where there is nothing to be gained. You do not work with disease people who you’ve shown up. You do not need the approval of the practice member or the MD. You produced results and were paid, end of story. (Editor’s note: this member is going to have a seizure themselves this weekend at MasterMind when they clearly see for themselves the danger they would place themselves in. This is kind of like going to a POW camp and telling the powers to be how you broke one of their prisoners out. Keep under the radar!
Question 2: My practice member is an insurance broker that insists all of his son’s DCME ($3200) will be paid by a policy, including the 21-Day DCME Video Program, my time out of the office, and a gym membership. What should I do?
Answer: Don’t argue with them about the truth of their statement. Simply get paid and make sure you speak plainly to them about what will be covered and what won’t. You will very quickly see their level of commitment when they must come up with the funds. You are under no obligation to write letters begging for reimbursement, exceptions to the rule, etc. With paradigm blindness, you don’t see that parents must step out of the box and take full responsibility for their children’s and their own health. We see this in the military where many wounded warriors insist that the government's platform is responsible and should pay for their care. Even though they are right, it prevents them from securing results from private facilities dedicated to helping brave warriors regain their physical and mental health.
Brand new Big Vision Beyond Branding Head-to-Head
Each member will be receiving a snail mail detailing in excruciating detail what makes up this new creation from the custom shop of TNR, aka, the mind of Miyagi. If you are interested in scheduling one, please, please schedule ASAP as these are time-consuming and only a handful will be done.
Christmas on the Reservation dates have been announced
Kenny Smoker just released the dates for this year’s adventure to distribute gifts to the kids. Thursday, December 13th and Friday, December 14th are the dates. In addition to passing out gifts, there is a very good chance of setting up the clinic for the basketball tournament. In years past it was not uncommon to care for 300 to 500 people in the space of a few hours. How’s that for high volume? Yes, you can, of course, bring VIP practice members. Let them join in on the fun!
