The Pulse of TNR!
A moment of silence for 9/11
When countries, politics, and religions work for their own separate interests instead of a common shared interest, devastation follows. Increased defenses and weapons of mass destruction will not protect the seven billion people on this planet. Interconnectedness and cooperation will, not constant competition.
Win/win means there are no losers. When profit, political, or ideological agendas are put before people, there will always be losers. War, pollution, genocide, tyranny, and oppression are the effects of self-gain.
TNR and LHNC bring massive changes on the Fort Peck Reservation in Montana. But before they can travel and do it, they must start close. So, they first bring it forth within their families and their communities. Their love for helping people then extends all the way to Montana.
TNR celebration this weekend!
MasterMnd kicks off the celebration on Friday @3:00 p.m. and then our quarterly will begin at 8:00 a.m. on Saturday. If you want to grow, have exponential income, and lift Chiropractic from its dreadful misunderstanding, you will be there. If there’s one thing that experience has taught me, it’s that seminars, H2Hs, and events are the catalysts for growth. The rest of the online world will seduce you into thinking that real growth happens watching, more academia, better insurance coding, etc. There is no substitute for real, experiential living. Take a stand in a world of people who would rather watch others take a stand and make fun of them with keyboard courage. It takes real courage to stand for something (health) in the face of overwhelming opposition (belief in disease). The hero’s journey is the path of TNR.
Practice tip of the week
Shift your focus from the disease model to the health model and from academia to practical application. Are you still mesmerized by research, the perfect exam, EHR, and all the other minutia? Of course, we have to perform great TNR exams; however, the classification or naming of a disease will not help whatsoever with the resolution of the problem. Measuring blood pressure does not help blood pressure. I can see some angry faces right now. Please hang in there and listen. People will pay MDs for endless testing and diagnosis just to name their disease. They parade around endlessly with specialist after specialist and test after test, with no results. People proudly boast that its incurable. But when it comes to Chiropractic, that same person will simply opt out when no results are achieved or insurance craps out. Understand that people will gladly pay for results, not for more classification, scientific terms, etc. Just because you can solve a rubix cube doesn’t mean they can. They want results.
With the allopathic model, it’s all about the classification of diseases that don’t get resolved. MDs get paid whether their patients live or die; you don’t. MS, MD, Alzheimer’s, cancer, Autism, developmental delays, concussions, PTSD…the list goes on and on.
With the model of health (thrival), it’s all about health, regardless of the disease. This model always moves toward health; it does not agree with what can’t be done. By stubbornly clinging to the disease model, you are needlessly throwing away hundreds of thousands of dollars a year and are not helping lots of people that are not hopeless cases.
Increase your recommendations
One consistent theme in TNR is that newer members have notoriously low recommendations. They also have low incomes and, in many cases, low results. Why is this so? With a national average of 6-8 visits is it any wonder that referrals, results and income are on the decline. Your communication skills allow you to create a relationship of trust BEFORE any technical things begin. You can’t educate before you have established a relationship of trust.
Say welcome to our new TNR members
Dr. Alice Jeong and Dr. Rebecca Muniz Medina just joined, had their H2H visits and are attending the seminar this weekend! It’s so fun to see the enthusiasm with new members. Dr. Lisa referred in Dr. Alice who is a ND like her and Dr. Rebecca was turned onto TNR by the chairman of the board of Sherman College, Dr. Peter Kevorkian.
They’re so excited and eager to learn everything that TNR has to offer. “Can I attend MM”, “is it too early for Miyagi”, etc. From boosting their practice, to questions about the reservation, they want to know it all. Be sure to make them feel at home at the seminar and reach out to them to support them on their TNR journey!
