New Head-to-Head set in motion!

The don’t sweat it, ceremonial, ritual-based Head-to-Head has sprouted wings. Dr. Teri was first to experience some of the new wrinkles: she already was scheduled for a traditional H2H and we added in a taste test. She is still processing all that went on! Everything in TNR is aimed to speed up the resonation increase and make this practical in your life. This is not only for an exponential increase in economics, but also changing the paradigm and trajectory of each and every person you help (humanitarian model). This helps in your relationships at home and beyond, as well. Having those difficult conversations and asking those uncomfortable questions are now within your reach. Having purpose and meaning installed in your life proactively instead of having a knee-jerk reaction to being placed against your will in a place you can’t get out of.

Dr. Derrick Pallis

Whaaat? How can this be? Dr. Derrick sitting at TNR events? Yes, yes and yes! The Pallis tribe will be witnessing his graduation this week. No Miyagi Thursday and Friday this week. Send Dr. Derrick a text or social media shout out and welcome him to TNR.

Practice tip of the week

It’s so easy to stop offering Baseline Assessments for all new and potential practice members 16 years and under. You do it for awhile (like exercise, diet?) and then it falls off. These are an absolute pillar for your successful practice. It identifies you as an advocate, an ally for health in this frustrating world of disease. There are many uses for these. Do this live at speaking engagements and have the people fill them out without using names. Make a dry erase Baseline Assessment poster of this and put one in your exam room, adjusting rooms, and your x-ray room. You could do the same thing with a concentric circle poster. Instead of answering the symptomatic questions, you will now answer the questions with a concept of health vs. disease with no mention of symptoms. This screams family health and the later you start Chiropractic care with accumulated layers of injury and interference, the more negative consequences to your health. You will get in a new habit or behavior that will serve you for all of your practice days. Watch your new patients move from a short-sighted commercial relationship towards a relationship of trust.

Love Has No Color News

We will be announcing the dates of Christmas on the Reservation within the next few days. This is always so very exciting, so plan ahead. Bringing your kids to this ceremony of life plants the seeds of humanitarian spirit in a modern society devoid of these rituals. It becomes a part of your life, as well as theirs.

7-Figure MasterMind Academy attendees

Don’t forget to create a visual wall of kids and adults getting healthier in your office. This should be similar to your Love Has No Color wall: it’s visceral, powerful, and states clearly that your interest is far beyond insurance coverage and pain relief. If you want to be a once-in-a-lifetime DC, your walls have to communicate this. You must create an environment of greatness. It’s rumored that you couldn’t even go to the bathroom in peace at the Pallis Chiropractic Center: posters on the walls, only getting toilet paper with referrals, and speakers piping in Chiropractic messages about concepts and reminding people of the Tuesday evening Health Awareness Seminar.

From the mind of Miyagi

black-150x150

It’s only 5 weeks until Miyagi time on November 1st and 2nd. Make your plans early. There are no excuses accepted. Regardless of your years in practice, achievement levels, or type of practice, Miyagi will get you there! Yes, there will be a special event on Friday evening preceding the training session. Regardless of your time in TNR, there is a natural tendency to get casual with all the trainings, especially Miyagi. If you’ve already been to a Miyagi, you know it’s not just about adjusting, far from it. It gives you the clinical certainty, the intent, and the recommendations to support care not found in our profession. Don’t be too smart to be in the classroom. Each training session is a tongue-in-groove flooring with no beginning and no end. Each one continues your journey to become a once-in-a-lifetime DC with the economics to show for it.

DCME confidential

Confidential-150x150

Question 1: My DCME was just involved in a major car wreck? What now?

Answer: Suspend the DCME and go the PI route until maximum medical improvement. Then continue on with DCME. This is not only for their protection,  lawsuits, etc., it’s for your protection as well. DCMEs are not well received in the arena of sickness and disease.

Question 2: I have a family that has 2 at-risk kids. They want to do both level 2s simultaneously.  Should I?

Answer: What’s the problem? You want to give a discount when it isn’t asked for. Try giving help when it’s not asked for or called for. Unwarranted or unsolicited advice is rarely welcomed. They aren’t complaining so get the scarcity and poverty mindset out of you once and for all. If these two want to go to college, is there going to be a discount?  (Editor’s note: this DC didn’t attend the 7-Figure MasterMind Academy.)

Schedule your next vacation now!

Mexico, Nashville, wherever you choose. The first type of vacation is with the kids and the second is just the two of you to keep your relationship growing.

Quick Miyagi thought

In our society, most people think they are owed another day of life. They think that someone in the government, medical technology, or the insurance realm are working on their case, like the detectives working on a 10 year old cold case you see on TV.  They allow themselves to be infantilized, as if they have a big brother or parent. The young especially believe they are entitled to their lives when, in reality, every day is a gift. Stop the habit of entitlement in all its subtle and not so subtle forms. Appreciate your practice just the way it is with growth on the way. Appreciate your spouse, your kids, your home, your pets. When gratitude is not your constant companion, you’re always looking to get something from every situation. You are always on the lookout for someone or something to bail you out of your problems. Your relationships and your care of practice members will reflect either orientation. It’s a choice!
