TNR Happenings Sept 5

MasterMind September 14th//TNR Seminar September 15th: Don’t Miss

It’s coming right up! MasterMind is especially important to a number of rising or already successful DCs who want to blow the roof off their practices. We will be revealing a brand new product (a specific type of Head-to-Head) that answers the needs of DCs wanting to enter or ramp up DCMEs. Don’t miss this MasterMind! Take advantage of the 20% savings on big-ticket items. The Saturday seminar will feature new concepts along with a check and balance of things you should be doing presently. It’s too easy to slip and let proven procedures and ways of doing things slide with time. Attending TNR events is your ticket of accountability to make sure you are implementing everything to produce maximum benefit. The private school setting at events is unlike anything in Chiropractic. There is no place to hide. Only through participation and experience is high level learning accomplished.

Question 1: I have a practice member who I know is a DCME, however, she says she can’t afford it. She misses a lot of her appointments and doesn't make the recommended 3 visits a week, so she isn't getting discernible or clinical results. Is there a scholarship or needy exemption for DCMEs?

Answer: No. For the conditions to be correct for a miracle, the practice member and the doctor have to join as one with full commitment on both ends. As a DCME equipped doctor, didn’t you have to attend TNR event after event to acquire such a mindset and skills? When the practice member comes up short on their end with commitment, the conditions are not right. Don’t judge the reason as good or bad. Have them continue with regular care and reserve the DCME for when they are ready for it.

Question 2: My practice members are not completing the 21-Day DCME Video Program on time. Do I wait for them to complete before I do any out of office activities?

Answer: Running the credit card for DCMEs is only the first step. Now comes the true commitment and the quality of their character. If the practice member is not all in, then everything, from the clinical results to the relationship, is adversely affected. Remember the sweet spot diagram? The people on the outside of the sweet spot just don’t give their all to things, including their health. Work with them as best you can. You cannot substitute your commitment for their lack of commitment. They need to finish the 21-Day DCME Video Program before you continue with any out of office activities.

Practice tip of the week

Take vacations on a regular basis and leave the guilt at home. Part of being a TNR member is the ability to release stuff from your past that doesn’t work. Not taking vacations instills and reinforces scarcity, limitation, and lack. It's not good to have abundance suppressed on a daily basis. You’ll never read on a gravestone the inscription,  "You kept your nose to the grindstone." Your Sweet Spot practice members want you to take regular vacations. Your Outside the Sweet Spot practice members complain, "what am I supposed to do when you are gone?" One group is behind you and the other wants something from you. Looking for approval or acceptance is never a good idea, especially from Outside the Sweet Spot patients.

Practice tip of the week 2

If you are having chronic problems with relationships, money, new patients, intimacy, or things that are being limited in your life, try increasing your relationship status with your parents and siblings. These relationships loom large in the present, even though they were forged in the past. If you have great relationships, make them greater. If you have okay relationships, make them better. If you are estranged, throw out a life raft. Upgrading a relationship with anyone may or may not be welcomed. Their response is not a way of measuring your gift. A trip together, a quick note, a text, an email, reach out. Of course, if this puts you or your family in danger, skip this practice tip. Remember, even if a person is deceased, you can still have a dialogue with them or remember them by looking at pictures, etc. Don’t do it to get something. Do it because it’s the right thing to do. You will witness the most magical results.

New pictures have been added to our Love Has No Color website under Photos. Check out the pictures of the kids, the food, and the gifts. Check to see if there are any pictures of you! Live the moments over and over again. Let your practice members in on the fun, too! Do you have any Boot Camp or Christmas on the Reservation pictures that you would like to see on the LHNC website? Email them to us and we'll make sure to add them.

Dr. Kevin will be in Shelby Township, MI

I will be holding an Intro Workshop at Dr. Mark Bassett's office on Thursday, September 27th from 9:00 a.m. to noon. If you know of any DCs who want to step up their game, let them know about this opportunity. It is only $199 per office, capped at 10 DCs only. What a great way to introduce a potential TNR member and for them to experience Dr. Kevin LIVE!

Love Has No Color news

The Geodescent greenhouse dome is nearly completed! Be sure to have a Love Has No Color celebration in your office. Some offices have had an actual presentation at their HAS and others have made a LHNC pictures wall in their offices. Some have put them online. Having your practice members become partners and participants is so important to establish a sense of community in your office. Check out Dr. Lizzie's LHNC wall:

To the Wonderful People of Love Has No Color and those who donated to the Kids Fun Day,

What an exciting experience the children and families of the Fort Peck Reservation had!! It never seems that the previous visit can be outdone, but it happened again. You are an answered prayer. Thank You. We feel very blessed to receive the compassion, love, respect, and hugs from the people of Love Has No Color. The backpacks were great and the food given to the children fed them so they didn’t have to worry about where the next meal was coming from. Also, the fun games and interactions were great to see and be a part of. Introducing martial arts with the two unique individuals was a great idea.

The effort that was put into this event was remarkable, with a lot happening  behind the scenes year-round! Dr. Kevin you are an outstanding person, there is no one that can do what you do. You have a good Dakota name that fits you!!!

Love Has No Color has great values. Our people see this repeatedly in all the visits of the past. You are still here. Your words are strong and true. You have taught by example and instruction and this is good for our children to see. Your group may be small, but it is the way it should be.  Thank you for giving of yourselves, time and time again. We know you can go elsewhere but, for some reason, you travel to Fort Peck to spend time with our people and share your gift of love. Like I always share, the LHNC characteristics are of a true warrior: Wisdom, Bravery, Fortitude, and Generosity. I am glad to have met all of you.

Your friend,

Kenny Smoker
