You Can’t Start A Church Without Kids

“I had a familiar apprehension, the same feeling I had whenever he began a new round of teachings…I had the distinct feeling that history was being made and I was a part of it.”

MM and the seminar were once again incredible. At MM we actually presented a clinical case describing a most difficult PDD kid and the family ramifications. There was some role playing and discussion about premium packages, participants working out the ‘bugs’ of their digital/video consultations, resistance to implementing and baseline assessments. At the seminar on Saturday, the concept of ‘you can’t start a church without kids’ was hatched and worldviews brought the house down. The Christmas on the Reservation video was incredible, although we had some complaints about too many photos of Canadians in it. The 3 Chiropractic success factors were a hit! Couldn’t you feel the community and the supportive vibe of our tribe emanating through the room? What does human trafficking have to do with TNR? All kinds of personalities coming together, who all live to accomplish goals that can’t be accomplished flying solo.

SuperAcademy February 25 & 26

Have you ever wondered why so many great adjusters have small or modest practices?  Admit it, many of you receive adjustments from masters because it’s real easy to squeeze into their non-busy offices. Communication skills and patient education come face to face with actual human (non-virtual) interaction. There is no substitute for great communication chops and the ability to share new, counterintuitive concepts of health.  You can’t hide behind billing software, technique or philosophy and SA puts the power to the rear wheels, to produce results in both cash and insurance offices. The fair exchange problem lies in the communication skills and patient education, not in the adjustment. No matter where your office is in terms of numbers and income, by attending SA you will grow. All modules will be covered in 2 days, and will only be offered one time in 2017. MM participants just got a taste of what’s in store for SA.

Practical Tip of The Week

Get outside the comfort zone of your office and fill up your events calendar for 2017. Speaking events, kids activities, social and specialty groups, you name it, think outside the box. Have at least 2-4 events per month. It doesn’t have to be local screening, in fact, that would probably be at the bottom of the list. Be more creative and you’ll see much better short term and long term results. Some people are having animal behavioral people (dog whisperers) coming to their parking lots and inviting all the furry friends of the community. How about military appreciation days or even having professional sports stars come do autographs and play with the kids: Can you score on a pro goalie? There are all kinds of sports groups where it’s really easy to promote concussion prevention, baseline assessments, gather emails and more. You can really build a community by not always having Chiropractic as the front and center attraction, and rather have your guests make visits more indirectly.

Brand New ‘Resurgence’ of Accelerator Program

We’re working diligently to address one of the blind spots in Chiropractic. Say you get a DCME. You know, a really tough or chronic case, now what? It takes more than just the adjustment. Their beliefs must be repositioned from disease to health…no easy task in this society. If it was simple to lose weight, everyone would be able to do it. The problem is with internal resistance due to personal history. A person’s programming absolutely determines (despite a DC’s best effort) the clinical outcome of a difficult case. Have you ever had a practice member bail when they were getting fabulous results? Happens all the time. For the tougher cases, share with them the opportunity to purchase the digital Accelerator Program. Doesn’t matter the unwanted behavior, addiction, goals to be achieved. If the practice member (or the doctor) is willing to do it even though they don’t understand it, they will get results.
