Historically, Chiropractors have turned to almost everything to increase income. This is especially true with the current mass hysteria in its full glory. Let me be the first to pop this bubble and say, "The government, new computer software, or the latest bright shiny object is not going to bail you out." I'm here to be the professor of harsh reality and tell you the truth, regardless of your acceptance of it. Sorry, like Hall and Oates crooned," I can’t go for that, no can do." You have to take 100% responsibility for your office growth, nobody is going to do it for you.
I coach Chiropractors with offices that are growing, prospering, and thriving in the pandemic. They are not waiting or expecting someone to do the heavy lifting for them.
They have an almost zero entitlement expectation to them.
They are not interested in waiting this out, seeing how it goes, or saying, "let’s see what happens."
They are all active leaders in their communities. They are adapting and following strategies that attract record numbers of quality new patients that are looking for immediate ways to help their families.
One of the most difficult concepts to grasp in Chiropractic is that you have to stop being a slave to new patients and instead focus on retention and referral. Stop plowing through short term, low-quality, demanding patients that don’t want to be there any more than you want to serve them.
Instead, allow me to assist you in creating an environment where you attract quality people, who love what you do and want to be a part of it, inside or outside of insurance.
