Myagi Is On November 14th
There we were at the Tao of TNR Training, 7 of us huddled around a cell phone watching a video. Imagine that at a TNR training! This was not an ordinary video. It was of a 38-year-old man with a Traumatic Brain Injury, left to rot in a rehab center; he couldn’t move or talk and was in a vegetative state. Then, in the next video, we see the same person in a wheelchair speaking, moving, and doing the impossible. What was happening here? We got to peek inside the hidden world of a master Chiropractic healer. Tears of joy, love, and appreciation are welling up in my eyes as I write this. He has been with me from almost the beginning. His humble demeanor belies his out-of-this-world healing ability. He didn’t flinch when he accepted this person, who had been given up on. Not only did he accept the case, but he is also delivering the goods. (One of my pet peeves is listening to DCs brag about seeing an autistic kid one time a month to remove subluxations with no clinical results.) Sitting next to him was another world-class DC who not only routinely pulls rabbits out of a hat, but she also referred one of her DCME people to TNR. Who does this? Elders have warned me that my teachings will appeal to fewer and fewer people of deeper and deeper character. Another chair is occupied by a member who saved a person from taking his life. For days on end, he would not leave this member’s side. What kind of teaching are you doing, Miyagi? The kind that if you had one call to make and your life was on the line…who would you call? It would be a deeply trained TNR person with years and years of training. If healing (as opposed to curing, amputation, chemo, drugs, radiation) is not the closest thing to creating, what is?
Plan to attend the next training, Mr. Miyagi, on Saturday, November 14th. Sunday is the only day left for a Head-to-Head for anyone who wants to double up on their training.
Love Has No Color
How does refurbishing a shack in the wilderness help people on the Fort Peck? By restoring the shack, it gives people faith that there is help on the way. Even though it was a small miracle (4 hours, 16 people), it was supposedly not witnessed. Or was it? Kenny Smoker has some type of relationship to the owner, and even though we will never meet him, the kindness and love still stand on their own. Somehow it communicates love to others. It was like the kindness and love in us recognized and saluted the kindness and love in this man. This is like cleaning up other people’s litter at a campsite. One act is more than enough! Trying to prove it to non-believers takes so much energy, and they can't change their minds. The awakened individual always moves the majority!
From the Mind of Miyagi
Stay in your lane and consciously decrease explaining your ways. But what about educating the practice member, society, etc.? Before you can get permission to educate anybody, they must form a relationship with you. The relationship is not based on information or understanding; it’s built on one pillar and one pillar only: TRUST. An obese person is not going to listen or be lectured on diet until they form a sacred relationship of trust with the personal trainer. Understanding up front is so overrated! Five easy steps to this or that is so formulaic and of no value when you are doing something difficult or impossible.
So many people think that academics, research, data, technology, and information rule. They are all necessary; however, one ingredient isn't spoken of with the masses. It’s your ability, as a doctor/healer, to make the person feel inspired about themselves. They really don’t care how much you know. You must be able to help that person feel there is a way out, and that they can heal despite what they have been told. Boring, analytic people fall flat on their bloated nothingness with invisible diseases. In the VA, paperwork, diagnosis, and protocol are the featured focus. Results are rare, and no one even talks about them.
Some reading this will remember early encounters with me: difficult to understand, always speaking in stories or metaphors, and not telling you exactly what to do. Underneath this was a palpable feeling that you were safe. The road that you have embarked upon will be difficult, but you are safe. Someone will have your back, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. In humility, you would be indeed fortunate if you have another person in the same zip code. Not that your parents, spouse, or friends aren’t great people; they don’t have what I possess: that ingredient, the expertise, or the desire to reveal you to yourself.
Miracle Training
With no apologies, this may sound obtuse to you if you were not at the last training. When we watched the video shared by this master TNR DC, an eerie feeling filled the room: a memory as ancient as time itself. Time stood still as this doctor led us into another dimension of healing. We were mesmerized! Most present are rooted in this dimension or well into it. As crazy as this sounds, the people in the rehab center either don’t notice the results or attribute his recovery to anything except their stale, ineffective treatment methods. By the way, they pay for all these treatment methods regardless of the results they fail to deliver. I saw this hundreds of times in practice, as other doctors (MDs) would simply dismiss reality and say, “I don’t believe in Chiropractors.”
Don’t expect to be recognized or exalted for doing deep-level care. When a miracle is produced, some will ask, ‘How long is this going to last?’ I have had mothers who were so happy with the results for their child while their husbands were not impressed or didn’t see the results. How can this be? Because of paradigm blindness, ignorance, an undeveloped mind, jealousy, or going against what society values as mainstream. If you are craving feedback, become a social influencer. In the world of appearance, miracles are rarely observed. Stop trying to explain and just do it. Let the miracle stand. Whether you were on the Reservation or not, we refurbished that shack. Not witnessed by the many, reserved for the few. Truth does not need your vote or consensus. It is and stands on its own. If you want to heal, move toward truth. No matter how many people believe the earth is flat, it’s not.
