To The New Renaissance Family,

This is another remarkable project that will make many children and elderly happy this coming holiday season. There are many children on the reservation that don’t have much of a joyful Christmas. With unemployment at 65%, coupled with the high cost of heating, it leaves little for the little ones. In one of our largest schools, it was noted that 61% of our children come from single guardianship households, with many of them being grandparents. The gifts would brighten the lives of our children, knowing that someone is thinking of them.

I am very thankful for this opportunity for the children to have a wonderful Christmas. It’s going to be rewarding to see their excitement.
